“Still Old Florida Beach”
Preserved retro/art deco - right in the heart of beach activity. Some little culinary treasures under the bridge, within 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction of the beach. The motel backs on to a canal so you can do a spot of fishing if you want. Interestingly, the motel office is actually in the Shipwreck gift store(appropriate signage exists). The "pub" across the street is recommended for price and food. Nice and open for those hot Florida days.

My husband had just returned from Iraq and we were looking for a quiet get away. It was perfect... the room was comfortable and the pool was great! It's also right across the street from Times Square!! While you are there make sure you check out Citrola's (on the corner) for great pizza and cheese bread, and Dusseldorf's (less than a block away) for great cheap beer and great live music!

“Very Visitor Friendly”
I'm disabled & mgmt went over & beyond to make our stay comfortable. All staff were very friendly. It may not be the 'most fancy' in the area but for the amount of time actually spent in the hotel, it was great. In addition, we enjoyed the kitchen, frig, etc. Our four days went quickly. It was quiet (even being on a busy street) and comfortable.

“Shipwrecked at Fort Myers Beach”
Very good location in centre of town, but not noisy. Facilities provided included hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle - enough to cook simple meals, along with plates and cutlery. Hotel pool was pleasant and big enough to do short laps. Big advantage was sun was on pool area all day. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. I was glad I stayed at Fort Myers Beach and at that hotel.
“Would stay at hotel again”
Hotel was very close to the beach, times square, and restaurants. Convenient, free parking, clean rooms, no frills-perfect if you are looking to stay somewhere just to sleep.
