I would love to come back and stay when repair work is done and I can check in earlier than 1 am. Good experience even with having to figure outy reservation (name on it was changed my friend instwad of just adding them as a guest who was able to check in for me.

You check me into a hotel that was condemned the people next door at the convenience store that I stopped at before I went to the hotel told me you do not want to stay there that is a garbage dump since I was unable to get a refund they charged my card which I gave you not them and I went to another hotel down the road that was very nice and paid cash you cost me $270

Check in took longer than what I expected. The room had a smell, phone line unplug, no batteries on the fire alarm. Whoever came to “clean” the room didn’t do the bed nor take out the roll of empty toilet paper. The bed was spacious, microwave and refrigerate work well.

When I booked ground floor King, Expedia never informed me the Travelodge was effected by the last hurricane and no rooms on ground floor (UNDER RECONSTRUCTION) and The upper floor room I was assigned to had bad smell of mold. Checked in and out within half hour. Did Expedia get informed by Wyndham or not don't know. Be careful with Expedia. My first time using them and my last.

Not bad
The low ratings for poor conditions are due to the hurricane damage, but also the second floor was pretty much all they had; no elevator. The deposit was available with cash which was nice. I don't like water saving shower heads. The room was nice

To get in, you have to sign a paper saying that you accept the hurricane damage. In addition to the damage, it's pretty gross.

The hotel needs to be remodeled. It looks run down and is lacking behind others in the area that are the same price. Only positive thing I can say is shower water was clean and surprised I did not see roaches

I had to request a refund because the room was in poor conditions. We moved the mattress to check for bugs but found a baggie with drug residue in it along with some bugs. We had to rebook an entirely different hotel. Not to mention the pictures are not even how the property looked! Definitely false advertisement.

This place is awful. First i get told there isnt any rooms available. I told them, not accordimg to expedia. She instructed me to book thru them then. After i did that, it took a few minutes to find a room in the computer. Then i had to pay a deposit on top of the hotel cost i already paid thru expedia. I got my key cards, room 252I asked where the room was. She pointed and said, "in the back". Couldnt find the room. 249, 250, 251, 253, 254, 255.....no 252! Went back to the office (my lady needed to use the restroom before we got there. Now shes almost crying) This time, a different employee showed me on a map. Told me that the one stairwell was out of order. That i had to use the last one. That it was in the smoking area of the hotel. Well, i booked a non smoking room. My lady said she didnt care, she needed to use the restroom. So, we went and found the room. I should have been given these instructions the 1st time. Unfortunately, the keys wouldnt work! We had enough of this place and asked for a refund. I was told it would have to be done thru expedia. Took 30 minutes to get them to give me the refund. Wasted 1.5 hours of my life over this craptacular place and didnt even stay there!

Bad stay for a funeral
I got a smoking room and it smelt so bad even a kid who I did not know asked me if I was okay because I was coughing so hard. My room was not ready the air did not work in which they fixed. Some creeps kept harassing me. They went through a bad hurricane so no ground floor rooms and my knee is in bad shape, only one stairs worked and looked like where the creep lives. I felt unsafe where I was shaking I was scared and by myself. I am a native to that area and my son works for Fox News radio. I was there for my grandmas burial and she was being honored in lee county as historian. I could not get my money back because it was non refundable because of purchasing on app or I would have to pay for just one day. The staff was not friendly and I had hell getting my deposit back.

The staff has always been friendly I have never felt unsafe or uncomfortable this is an older motel so it does have some dings and some bruises but the rooms are clean the area is quiet at night time it just needs to be kept in mind that everybody is still in a repair in fort Myers from the hurricane but I have stayed here more than once and I will continue to stay here. Also if any one of my friends would suggest a place I would recommend it

There was shingles falling. Rooms full of old appliances. People outside all hours of the night doing drugs. With no one saying anything to them. Regret the stay. All together. Had people trying to open my door at all hours of the night. Wish I could get a full refund
