Aria was ridiculous. Fire alarm went off and had to wait to get back into room until fire department came out. Room conditions were not good. And didn't know it was a $100 deposit until I got there. I don't like surprises 😨 I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in! The website said there was a Grab and Go Breakfast. There was none! There was a refrigerator and small kitchenette area. There were no dishes, glassware or silverware. No coffee was available anywhere on the property. We were told we had to pay for fresh towels. We had to go buy towels, a coffeemaker and cooking utensils. The front desk was very rude! We, honestly have never stayed in a place like this!

Property was nice on the outside but the inside of was a whole different story. Room still had trash in it from people prior to me. Shower had mold on the top edge. Definitely thankful I only had to stay for one night.

This was by far the worst stay I’ve had at a hotel. When I arrived and checked in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all and looked like a guest had just walked out. When I alerted the front desk staff, they laughed and shrugged and gave me another room. The hallways and lobby in the hotel smells like dog urine and trash and there were multiple spots of visible urine (in the hallway, in the elevator). The room I ended up with still wasn’t a completely up to par room and looked like it had been speed cleaned. On the last night of my stay, there was a man walking around the hotel following two other members around who happened to be teenagers and made them feel so unsafe that they waited in the lobby for someone to help them go back to their room. Overall, I would never recommend staying at this hotel and had I not been short on funds and in town for a funeral, I would’ve stayed elsewhere.

The beds looked and felt like a cot, we had no towels at all and no ice bin. For $105, i expected more, should’ve gotten a $60 room with an actual bed. never again.

The property was under new management and under construction. My room was dirty and the floor was full with pieces of glasses. My bed was a matress in top of a table. It felt like e nightmare and unsafe. They sent me an email with timing for the breakfast and they didn't serve it cause they were under construction. Steeling money when you are not ready to give a service is not good for no business.

This was an “extended stay” hotel. Kitchen had no pots, pans, dishes, silverware, no coffee machine, not even a cup to take a drink of water. Blinds didn’t work. There was a covering over outside of window but workers tore it off in the morning and there was no way to close the blinds. Pathetic.

Property being renovated. Open dumpsters in the parking lot. Old rusty air conditioners lying in the hallways. No coffee pots in room, and no coffee or grab and go breakfast as was advertised. Full size bed was crap... Won't stay again.

Because the pictures on Expedia isn’t the same as the hotel and they were doing construction everywhere in the hotel and it looked like a horror movie and tornado happened in that hotel I want refund or something because this isn’t right
