The hallway smelled like a dirty litter box and I was charged for a suite but placed in a 2 queen room

We apologize, but our suites were unavailable at time of check in. We are investigating the presence of the odor. As we do not accept cats, we are uncertain why there would be the smell of cat litter in building.

The room said non smoking but smelled so bad it gave me a migraine. They had tried to cover up the smell and it made it terrible. There were no towels in the room

We apologize. The room was a non-smoking room, but it is possible that a previous guest had smoked in there. We do our best to clean the rooms when this occurs, but those who may be more sensitive to smoke may still detect it. As for the lack of towels, we are working with our housekeeping staff to ensure this does not happen.

Desk clerk was rude and uncooperative during booking both with me and Hotels.com/Expedia customer service rep. Room was small with little room to move around. Breakfast was quite poor. Room was much hotter than thermostat was set. Convenient to Interstate 40. Outside access to room was nice feature.

Pit stop
Just an over nighter on my way home. Ez booking on the app with quick response from the hotel. Night manager is awesome she helped me get settled with quick tour of the facilities. Got up in morning had a couple waffles and hit the road. Would stay there anytime I’m passing through.

Stacey did a great job for us, changing our room to a non smoking when there was a mix-up. The smoking room was bad. But she worked and quickly made a correction. The bathroom upgrades were nice, but the pillows and linens were not great. It was a good location. It had EV charging stations and that was a nice feature.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room smelled musty. The TV didn't work even after the cord was replaced. There was a roach in the bathroom.

Not ADA friendly/accessible. Run. Run far away from this place as fast as you can if you have the option. Drive the extra 30 miles to the next place. The parking lot was torn up from construction, the few spaces available were full. There was no handicap parking, however we were allowed to park in the EV parking spot because it was right by the door. We reserved through Expedia, there was no mention of there not being an elevator. My family member is handicapped and cannot walk upstairs. We received a second floor room. I asked the woman at the front if we could switch it for a bottom floor, since there was no elevator. This is where the issue began. She was extremely put out by this, lots of sighing and grumbling. Then she charged us an ‘upgrade’ fee for the room because ‘it’s on the bottom floor’. The whole front smelled like low grade skunk weed. The experience from start to finish was horrible. I contacted Expedia, since we used them to book the room, and they were no help either. Complete mess. The ADA allows for reasonable accommodations. We didn’t ask for anything unreasonable, just accessibility to the room.

The parking lot was in need of repair and you were the victim of bad timing. Unfortunately, this means that our parking was(and still is)severely limited. For that, we apologize. However, when guests make reservations through a third party, we only have the information we are given. This is why we recommend all reservations be followed up with a call to the property to provide us with crucial details about the stay. We charge upgrade fees to move rooms. We also offer smoking rooms and although we have signs indicating that marijuana is not be smoked in the rooms, it happens anyway. It sounds as though you were given access to the room, but your complaint is the upgrade fee. We will investigate this further.

Good point - they have free electric vehicle charging. Very close to Highway. Not so good - there is a musty smell. This May be because they allow smoking in some rooms and it permeates through the building even if it’s separated. Breakfast is just waffles and coffee and cereal

We do apologize. Since we do still offer smoking rooms, there are times when heavy smokers stay and it does tend toward the hallways. We mitigate this with air fresheners. We thank you for your stay and comments.

After 12 hrs on the road, all we wanted was a bite to eat and a hot shower. The shower head about fell off and the shower didnt work.
