I booked this room because it had a laundry washer did not work I told staff but they did not offer a solution nore did they offer my money back from the machine. I am driving cross country so I really needed the laundry. Otherwise good room for a good rate.

Good price.Posted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: The price and the location on I-40.
Cons: Pillows & mattresses.
Older hotel. Pillows and sheets smelled smokey even in non-smoking rooms. Mattresses needed to be replaced.

nice placePosted May 4, 2014
Cons: There might been some water leak issues in the past and tiles in bathroom needed to reinstalled.
The staff was very friendly and very clean. The hotel offered nice breakfast. Even though close to interstate noise was not a problem.

Our brief stayPosted May 3, 2014
Pros: Room was clean and bathroom was clean
Cons: smoke smell, breakfast,
Location: Near highway
The outside of the hotel was fine and appeared clean. The rooms were smoke free, but the hallways spelled like nicotine. It was very loud on the floor during the early morning hours (1:00 a.m.) with people in the hallways slamming doors, etc. The staff was helpful, but we could not get two rooms together even though we had booked ahead of time.

First they had us booked on the second floor, we requested first floor-handicapped, King size bed. They managed to put us in a first floor, 2 queens rooms. It was so small, my husband could hardly move around. Then the phone problem, the phone continued to ring for the lobby number, people asking for the number for HBO, where will breakfast be, What room is this ringing in (from the staff), etc. until I had to unplug the phone to get some piece. We did not stay the second night and I would appreciate a refund. And there is more, but no need to drag it out.

Good enoughPosted Apr 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was pretty clean, not as well as the pricier hotels but it wasn't terrible. Area was nice but busy and lots of traffic. The room was small and there was no counters in the bathroom. It was a handicap room but I don't think that would explain away the lack of counter space.

We were just passing through, and this hotel worked out great for us. Great value for the money. Would stay here again, definitely.
