Hotel was nice, we checked in late around 10pm after a full day of driving. Breakfast was wonderful the next day!! Love there setup for it and the breakfast bags to go looked great.

Front Desk

Posted Jul 5, 2015
Normally we have exceptional service at check in , however, last 2 times we have gone the newer desk clerk seemed pretty clueless and less than friendly. This was totally unexpected as everyone else goes out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. We at 1st thought it was just do to her inexperience but it has been 2 months since our 1st encounter with her and she hasn't improved. She appears to be overwhelmed . This is a nice place to stay except for these encounters with one desk clerk.

Cons: No answer

Management is exceptional. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Rate a 5 but for the price.

Horrible service

Posted May 26, 2015
Woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She lost our reservation, and we only finally got a room 45 minutes later after talking to customer service at Expedia and having them explain to the front desk that we indeed had a reservation. Front desk did not even apologize for the inconvenience.

Right off I-10 but quiet

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: Fastest check-in I have ever had! Nice quiet room. Looks new.
Cons: Mildew around the shower and a caulk job that looked like an unsupervised 12 year old may have done. Room 219.
Location: Right off I-10 and next to Chili's but it was too crowded on Wednesday night for us. Close to Denny's and other restaurants. Excellent location
Enroute to home. Just an overnight stay. Significant rate difference compared with the Hampton Inn in Kerrvile. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stop traveling through West Texas

Posted May 14, 2015
Pros: Hampton Inn's seem to have nice breakfasts as this one did too.
Location: It's right off the freeway ramp and somewhat confusing. Our navigator knew exactly how to get there.
It was a quiet place to stay just off the freeway. Breakfast was great with hot food. It was easy to find and we enjoyed the Pecos Steak House next door. No problems with noise at all. Comfortable bed and shower.

Cons: As advised in earlier expedia questionnaire, everything ok except we felt the room had previously had smokers.
Location: Not much in Ft Stockton, unfortunately.
No 'experience' to record, what was ok was ok, what was good was good, as above.
