“Ok for while we were there.”

There were not a lot of options in Fort Sumner for hotels, so this one we stayed at by default. It was very easy to find, easy in and out to the parking lot. The room was clean, but there was a musty smell in the hallways and bedroom. Turning the air conditioner on in the room helped. The beds were very comfortable, and although I had read other reviews that complained about the train noise passing by on the other side of the highway throughout the night, we didn't hear it. There were 4 of us staying the night, but only towels enough for 2, and they weren't great towels. There was a coffee maker in the room and coffee, but no carafe. For an overnight stay, it was adequate, although if there were another chain there, we might consider changing if we go there again. However, as I said, for one night it was acceptable.

“Not bad”

Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel seems quite new. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The receptionist was helpful. We needed to do washing when the dryer was broken. He allowed us to use the hotel one which was great. Breakfast was limited but as the hotel is very small we weren't expecting too much.
