“Excellent Value Botique Hotel”

We did not know what to expect from this botique hotel. The suite was very much like home in that there was a kitchen, great room and bedroom. Also there was the convience of haveing a washer and dryer in the room. Relaxing and quite: yea!!! The quality for the price paid exceeded expectations. I would like to keep this jewel of a place secret but it would not be fair to others.

this place was literally the best hotel ive ever stayed in. it was Right down the road from Seaside, and easy to find. it was like staying in a badass fully furnished apartment--it was just like a vacation home. i will always stay here when i visit Seaside. always. the place was freaking great. yeah.

“Solid choice for a couple's vacation!”

I think we may have been the only ones staying there the week we stayed. It was not until the last day that we saw anyone else. The locks were keypads which was great so we didn't have to keep up with hotel keys. Check in was a breeze and there was complimentary water and wine in the fridge. I was initially disappointed with the lack of drawer space, but the closet was plenty large and I was able to hang most everything with the hangers provided. Be prepared to wash your towels in the tiny washer and dryer because there are not many provided and the rooms are not serviced like a typical hotel. This really is more like a condo than hotel. We had a lovely stay!

“Happy with 30-A Suites.”

I loved the 30-A suites. This is the second time I have stayed there. They are close to the beach and offer a great way to relax. It is as if you are staying in your own home. You have all the things you might need...kitchen, washer and dryer.

“"WONDERFUL GET-A-WAY FOR AN ANNIVERSARY"”

This was one of the most beautiful places that my husband and I have ever stayed, and we are a military family. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary and I wanted a nice quiet, romantic place for my husband and I to stay and be able to go and play golf, eat and just to relax, we found it at 30A Suites. It was simply beautiful, the people were very friendly, no one bothered you and it was very quiet and comfortable. I really hope to go back and stay there again. Also Expedia helped us get a very reasonable rate, so everything together made this one of the most memorable vacations I have ever had. I want to thank everyone that I dealt with they really made us feel at home.

“Great get-away for a couple!”

My husband & I had to book a room quickly, and what a wonderful surprise! It was conveniently close to our friends who were staying at the state park less than a mile away. We loved our time spent at 30-A Suites, and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

“Beautiful suites”

We stayed here overnight for a wedding nearby. The suites are beautiful furnished. The small kitchen has a full size refrigerator and coffee pot and supplies. Nicely decorate living room and full size king bed in separate bed room. Our room had a tub/shower although some rooms only had walk in shower. The only downside is that the walls are thin, very thin. You can hear the neighbors next to you and above you. I heard our neighbor slam the toilet seat. Yikes!!

“Great value find near the Seaside area!”

A nice find. Like a luxury apartment close enough to the spectacular resort areas of Seaside, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, but away from the chaos. A hidden gem! A nice touch was checking in and out without ever stopping at the desk. A text with room number and door code made for zero hassle and max convenience.

We were delighted by the extremely clean and well-maintained environment of 30A - both indoors and outdoors. The studio's decor and furnishings were upscale and comfortable, and the level of privacy made it seem like home. The search for the perfect place at the beach is over!

“Great Value, Very clean and well appointed”

The suite was extremely clean, new and well apointed which made this an excellent value. I would stay here again. I arrived after 9 pm so there were no hotel check in staff on site, but this made the arrival process much quicker. I was instructed to dial a number for check in and I immediately reached a very efficient and welcoming person who gave me my room access code. The wireless worked well If you are independent, don't mind taking out your trash in the morning and you don't require 24 hour concierge or other front desk staff, book here!
