“An affordable alternative”

This was a nice,affordable and convenient stopover on our way to a condo further west. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.There's a public beach across the street with restaurants and attractions nearby.One word of caution: during heavy traffic conditions, be careful pulling in and out of the parking area as the curb can be hard to see.

The Hotel was close to the beach and where I needed to be for my trip, The room was great exactly what I was looking for and delightfully exceeded my expectations. I will stay there next time.

We stayed in this hotel and was very satisfied, the complimentry breakfast was good in fact the receptionist made the waffles for us. The hotel is an older hotel but it is worth the money, the beds were very comfortable as the rooms were clean, It was easy to get too and not far from the airport. Will stay again when we go back to Florida

After reading all the comments about the hotel, I was not sure if I would like the place, but I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, pretty quit and far the beach.

“Outstanding Value on Fort Walton Strip”

Hotel was clean and renovations were recently completed. We had a room on the 5th floor and the views of the strip and water were outstanding.

“Kids first trip to the beach”

Although our room was very close to a busy street, the noise was not a problem. Our family of four slept well. The free breakfast was nice. There were enough choices for everyone to find something to eat. This hotel is very cost effective because it's across the street from the beach. We were everywhere we wanted to go in very short amounts of time.

“Best Value in the Neighborhood”

Hotel is older, but extremely well maintained and clean. Location is excellent, with access to the beach across the street w/ free parking. Staff was also friendly and accomodating. While all hotels in Fort Walton Beach are pricey in my opinion, this hotel was 25-30% less than comparable hotels in the area. Free hot breakfast was an added value.

We could not find anything to complain about. We especially liked the location and price.
