“Very nice except for lousy cab service...”

Our flight left at 7:00 a.m. We did not have a rental car so we arranged for cab service the night before to be sure we would be picked up early enough to get to the airport. The HOTEL recommended a cab service which we called and arranged pickup. At 5:00 a.m, we were in the lobby waiting for the cab (there were six of us in our party). He did not show. At 5:30 a.m. we were still waiting and he did not show. Finally the hotel called the airport shuttle who came to the hotel to pick us up. We did not make it in time. We were 5 minutes late. We all missed our flights and had to make other arrangements home to St. Louis, MO. I hold the hotel responsible for recommending someone who is not competent enough to get to the hotel in time. Oh and one final comment. When the cab driver finally answered his phone that morning his response was: you did not need to leave that early. It ruined an otherwise perfect trip.

The Hotel is on the Beach(would advise to get the beach front room,the view is worth the extra money! A very good breakfast buffet,no need to go out for breakfast. The rooms are large and very comfortable,service is excellent. Two pools and a hot tub! The Hotel offers beach chairs,jet ski rentals and all the major attractions and restaurants are close. Its not a hugh Hotel so you are not dealing with large crowds. A very family friendly place!

You can not ask for a better location if you have an event at the convention center because it is right across the street! In addition, this hotel is directly on the white sands of the ocean. While the hotel is currently going thorugh some construction upgrades, it was not an issue and will only make this location better! Great staff as well. There are also numerous fine restaraunts within walking distance of the hotel, with most of them on the ocean as well! I will be back when my needs take me to the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area!

Booked our hotel for a few days for Navy E.O.D. graduation. Had a great time! We loved the beautiful beach, and really enjoyed the bar that faces the ocean overlooking the pool! Excellent service. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great location. Nice beach. Pool bar has decent food and good music. Not as crowded as Destin. The room itself had a decent size fridge and sizable balcony overlooking the garden/pool area (one of two pools).

Nice motel to stay at. We were located in a gulf view room. That is what made it really great. I might not been as happy if I hadn't had ocean view. Don't know. I requested that and that is what I got. Loved It.
