“nice room great price”

The hotel was easy to find. Far enough away to be quiet but close enough to be on the beach in a couple of minutes. The hotel staff was helpful with great places to eat. Overall a very pleasant experience.

“Cant Wait to go Back”

Geat Service and Management. The AC was not working well, so Steve the Manager personally moved us to another room where the thermostat kept us comfortably cool all night. The service from the front desk was very informative, friendly whether by phone or in person, and gave us great tips and advice about the beach. The rooms were clean comfortable with a great selection on the breakfast including scrambled eggs and sausages. Great locaton to the beach; only about 2 blocks away with a shelter and bath house at the end of Hutchenson.

“Great Getaway”

The staff was great, rooms were well kept, and the breakfast was great! We could not hear anyone else in the hotel, it wasn't dirty at all. I would come back again given the opportunity!

“Excellent value for the money and its near the beach too!!!”

We've stayed at this particular hotel the last three or four times we have made the trip from Texas to Tallahassee, Florida to spend Christmas with his family. The hotel is located very near the beach - 5 minute walk and near some of the best shopping in the area. The hotel provides a good breakfast and is quite comfortable. Overall both my wife and I enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Provides 'excellent value for the money and its near the beach'!!

I did not have any problems at this hotel. I was very pleased with the service. Everything was ready when I arrived and did not have any problems checking out. I forgot my toothpaste and toothbrush back home and the hotel staff was really nice about giving me a complimentary one. It was very convenient to everything including the restaurants and the beach. I will definitely consider this hotel when I return to Destin in the future.

“Nice people, good location, but cleaning crews need improvement”

One block north to the beach, one block south to the shopping center, the location of the hotel is just perfect. Nice people, good service, but the cleaning crews need improvement as they did not change the bed sheets as we requested them to the first day, they even forgot to clean the room the next day. We went and informed the front desk and got some clean towels and an apology gift: a bag prezel and a bottle of water. It was funny and we laughed, because overall, it was still a good trip.

“NIce Hotel”

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the loction is great. However, the beds were very hard. My husband actually slept on the sofa one night because it was more comfortable.

“Just OK”

This Holiday Inn Express, is a little dated. Could use some freshing up. However it met my needs for this trip. The location was good, nice mall across the street. Tried to use the computer and printer, however, the computer was so slow I finally gave up. Not much to the breakfast. So if you are looking for something reasonable and clean, this would work just fine. Found the coffee to be quite good.
