This rooms are overall facility look 5x better than the pictures!! Everything was so clean and smelled fresh. Every front desk attendant that we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was also kind. The staff let us know of the best local restaurants. If you’re traveling to Destin, I HIGHLY suggest staying at the Best Western in Niceville. It’s about 20ish minutes from Destin. We will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay!
The front desk staff were very friendly and informative of everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel and rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying there!

Excellent stay!
Excellent. The best hotel i have been in in a long time. Excellent location although a little tricky to get in but once you figure it out its wonderful because its tucked behind the Ruby Tuesday. People working there and breakfast are wonderful. Clean, very clean. Just about anything you can think of for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with sausage, bagels, eggs, toast, oatmeal, fruit. Much more. Stay away from the orange juice though. Idk if it was low or the brand but it tasted like armpits. Only negative thing i have to say. Other than the orange juice i hope they continue to serve this breakfast because i am definitely coming back and bringing my family with me.

I asked for early check-in and they were very accommodating, allowing me to check in even earlier than 1PM. The front desk manager was kind, friendly and efficient. My room was clean and smelled fresh. I would recommend this Best Western for fellow travelers.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Was worried about hallway noise since I could hear others when we first checked-in but it turned out to be a very quiet night.

We loved it!!
Great stay would definitely book again. The room was clean and spotless. The hotel staff service was great, everyone was so helpful! The pool closed late, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Front desk agent had great customer service. My stay was pleasant. Only problem I had was I had a sign on my door asking for room to be cleaned and never got a cleaning while I was out.

My overall experience was decent. It started out not so good(we found mold in the refrigerator drain plug and have to be moved to a new room on the first day, and the cleaning crew didn't clean our room at all on the second day). But, after those initial concerns, the remainder of the stay was great. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the cleanliness improved. I'm sure that we probably won't stay here again, but it was decent enough to not completely trash the property as a whole.
