“Great Beach!”

Wonderful beach and the pools are great (one for kids, one for adults). Carpets desperately needed cleaning, but rooms otherwise are in acceptable shape. Staff is very helpful and the restaurant had a very good breakfast buffet available. Best part is the beach location with complimentary beach chairs and beach umbrellas - very relaxing.

“Practical for low budget”

Hotel was not particularly impressive but beach location is great. Next time will rent a condo for a week in the same area.

“Don't expect much”

Hotel was old. The water failed in my building. I was able to arrange being moved to a different building but didn't really appreciate having to coax it out of the desk worker. The solution should have been offered to me upon management becoming aware of the inconvenience rather than me having to present the solution. Also, after the first night, we left the room for errands at 8:00 am and came back at 3:30 pm. The room was still not cleaned. I didn't have the do not disturb sign on the door. The front desk worker gave the excuse that that's (do not disturb sign) probably why we were missed. She also was "talking over" me as I tried to talk to her. Not appreciated. We had to wait for the housekeepers to come clean it after we called to complain. This is probably a staffing issue. The management is probably trying to employ the least amount of housekeepers possible. I got the impression that my comfort is secondary to their profit margin. Don't expect much, and you won't be disappointed.

“Chairs by the beach.”

I didn't know that by 5pm staff from the hotel would pick up the chairs from the beach so as we were sitting there, we were asked to get up from the chairs.

“'room with a view'”

WE WENT TO STAY AT BEACH AT THE END OF NOV. WE WERE RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND BALCONY OVERLOOKED THE OCEAN AS WELL. THE HOTEL IS OLDER BUT THEY WERE DOING UPGRADES. THERE WAS A HEATED POOL OUTDOORS AND A HOT TUB.WOULD CONSIDER GOING AGAIN.

“They need help at front desk!!!”

When we checked in our room wasn't ready so they put us in another room for the first night. The next morning we loaded everything back in our SUV and waited until late that evening before they told us our room was ready, only to be told we were going back to the same room we had just moved out of. We never got the room we were suppose to have reservations for. We had my 76 year old handicapped mother with us so this was very inconvenient. Other than that everything else was OK.
