“Worst Travellodge”

When we arrived, we were given a room. When we entered the room I noticed the floors and tub had sand on them. Then as I looked around the room, I saw one of the beds had a lump in it. When I pulled the covers back there was a huge unrine spot in the bed. The room had never been cleaned. Called the manager, he came to look for himself. He put us in another room. No towels, no remote, no iron, no coffee or creamer. We have been going to Ft. Walton Beach for 20 years this is the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. It should be removed from the list of expedia hotels.

It was a quiet relaxing place to stay. We had clean beds and clean towels everyday. And the room was cleaned everyday and our beds were made.

This hotel is not fit for stay. Prior to checking in the hotel clerk was reluctant in telling us that the room that was reserved for us it not available because the air condition is not working. We went to look at the room before checking in to see if indeed we could at least try to get it working since there were very few hotels available in the area for that weekend. True, the air conditioning didn't work and we couldn't get it to work,. This hotel needs a lot of repairs to bring it up to par. The air conditioning in the room that we were assigned didn't work and the only other rooms available didn't have locks on the doors. so, we didn't even check in. we just left. The cheap price for this hotel was for a reason. You don't want to stay.

“Wonderful Surprise”

We are frugal travelers so we were very satisfied with our rooms. Pool was pleasant, rooms clean and comfortable, even if it is one of the older hotels. Only real complaint is, the breakfast was a dissapointment. Had to wait on coffee, and not even a moderate selection to choose from. My pet peve is Diabetics are not considered in the breakfast selections at hardly any of the hotels. Would stay here again and recomend it to our friends. Fayetteville, TN

“Horrible”

I did not expect something great, but I did expect it to be clean. There was hair on the sheets, bathroom floor& pillows. There were bugs on the floor and the AC did not work.

“Not impressed”

The room was not cleaned daily, you had to go to the office for towels and toliet paper. We ended up leaving a night early due to the poor quality, customer service and the overall attitude of needing to ask for the towels and toliet paper. There was no internet access in the room, no microwave or refrigator. Very disapointed in the overall experience of this hotel.
