The flooring in the room left our feet dirty. The pullout couch was dirty. There were people hanging out all around our room, and some were quite loud. I did appreciate a couple people from the staff, that communicated with Expedia, to refund the two days that we checked out early.

Your deposit was on a credit card, which was released immediately upon checkout, but banks can take up to 14 days to refund the amount and that's a standard bank processing time, it will be reflected in your bank account soon. They do charge you 100 upon yiur arrivals for future damages or stolen property but will return it to you if everything is good on leaving. The breakfast was a nice bonus. The room was decent though the wifi was linda annoyingbto deal with. It would drop every hour and a half so youd need to relog in every hour and a half. Service was decent though. Staff was nice and very understanding. All in all I'd stay again was a decent place.

There are residents that are out of control over here. loud music, people cutting hair on the first floor while others are walking on the main floor and the hair is flying around. On new year's eve they had loud music playing and when I complained the lady at the front desk said its New Year's like we in 3'rd world country and should be okay with that. As an Army Veteran I would not suggest that anyone stay there.

Nice place in Niceville
We stayed overnight at the Quality Inn while passing through town for Christmas. The people at the desk were nice and friendly, the room seemed recently remodeled and was clean, the beds were comfy. I loved the mirror they had in there. The continental breakfast they offered was decent. We were pleased with our stay and the hotel. We felt safe and the hotel is in a great location in Niceville. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in Niceville.

Christmas trip
Front desk workers were super nice and friendly. They definitely greeted me with a smile. The room was confortable. The room smelled very clean. My only gripe would be the door was hard to open and close. Other than that, I look forward to staying here again.

It was close to the venue we were visiting and it was easy to find and close to dining and shopping. The tv did not work correctly and the mirror area was quite dark and was difficult for me to see to put my makeup on and do my hair.

The facility is run down. The safety latch was broken. The circuit breaker tripped causing loss of power. The toilet bowl was loose. The bath tub did not have a safety mat to prevent slipping. The room had a musty smell.

Not the same rooms on site.
Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom was dirty, I had to reclean it. Lamp shades was very dirty. The picture on the site does not look like how the rooms really look.

Breakfast was nice although same items every morning. A little variety would have been nice as we were there 5 days. State flags hanging around building was a nice touch but most flags were faded and/or torn. Rest rooms at pool area were out of order all week. Pool and pool deck were very clean. Only one umbrella at pool and it was broken.

We understand that you were able to observe some aspects of our property without entering the room, and we value your perspective.It is indeed true that we have long-term guests who choose to stay with us for weeks or even months at a time while they work on projects in the area. One of the features that sets us apart is our expansive outdoor area, which is the largest in town. This includes three designated picnic areas with picnic tables, as well as multiple grills scattered throughout the property. We have found that our guests appreciate the opportunity to cook outdoors and spend time with their loved ones in a relaxing atmosphere.As an employer, we recognize the importance of creating a positive and enjoyable work environment. In line with this, we have allowed our employees to engage in organic farming around the property. This not only allows them to connect with nature but also provides them with an opportunity to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden. Our intention has always been to embrace environmentally friendly practices and support our employees' well-being. We thought it was a genius move, considering the whole world is going gaga over being "green." But alas, who would've thought that such a noble effort would be viewed in a negative light?If any of our attempts to make our guests feel more welcome through our outdoor amenities or our initiatives to support our employees through organic farming were perceived as unpleasing, we sincerely apologize. I saw a pest when i first arrived at the room . Complained of that and toilet with hardly any water pressure staff said they would look at it and never did . I will not be returning. Need to update the bathrooms . Outdated in my opinion. Should be priced cheaper for the condition of the property.

The aesthetics leave a lot to be desired. The room I stayed in had a lot of incomplete projects in an attempt to update (crumbled drywall along baseboards, shoddy grout work on floor tiling, cracked shower stall, botched paint, etc) Breakfast was typical: waffle station, sausage and omelette, cereal, breakfast pastries, etc. Hotel staff were polite and courteous.

I was overall very happy with my stay at this property. You could tell the place is a little outdated but they have made improvements. The TV is up to date, the refrigerator was larger than most seen in other hotels, and the vanity mirror was amazing with the backlighting. The breakfast was... Lacking. It looked like they were in hot pans but everything was always lukewarm. The nescafe coffee maker had old beans in it but otherwise provided a nice selection of coffee styles along with a hot chocolate option. The best part of this place was being able sit poolside and watch the Air Force jets scream about the airspace. Like a free airshow when they get really busy. Also to top it off, Destin is a measly 30 minutes away via the toll road. Even with the negative remarks I had, I would definitely stay again and recommend this property.
