“Will Be My Yearly Getaway Place”
Just returned from vacation.The rooms were extremly clean and very well decorated in a sea motif.Appliances were well maintained and very clean.Right accross from the beach. Check in was smooth and room was ready on time. I enjoyed my stay and will return.This is a self service condo.Ample parking also.
“Great Stay”
The condo was everything that I expected. It was a great price and location. I could walk right across the street to the beach.
“ResortQuest's lousy customer service”
According to the Resort's instructions, check-in time was between 3-5pm. We planned our long drive to arrive at 3pm to make the most out of our first day, but the room was not ready. I was told they would call us once it was ready and that their office would be open until 7pm. We waited but never received a call. After several failed attempts to ccontact them, decided to drive back to the office. We did not get into the room until after 6pm, wasting our first day at the beach. Our stay was six nights and towards the end of it, we requested a late check-out to avoid rushing the kids in the morning to meet their 10am deadline. I assumed this would not be a problem considering they gave us our keys late on the first day, but our request was denied. Next morning we had house cleaning knocking the door at 0930am, not even allowing us a 10am check-out. My wife complaied to the manager, but we were accused of lying about not being able to check in until the evening.
