Check-in must be completed prior to going to the rental property. Guests must check in at ResortQuest Rentals at Leeward Key Condominiums, located at 2936 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, Florida. 32550. Mandatory cleaning fees are due at ckeck-in.
Check-in is 3 PM-5 PM. Guests who arrive outside front desk hours must return to the office the next day by noon to complete check-in.
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

“return”

Everything was great. I a,m pregnant so only discomfort to me was the stairs and parking.

“Can't wait to go back”

It was a good place!!!!!! Great location , the kitchen was fully equipped and all that for a very affordable price. I definitely want to go back

Off course you got to visit the big kahunas , and for dinner you can't miss Pompano Joe's the best seafood in town with a great view to de gulf my server( mike) was incredible nice

“not impressed”

the bed was old and hard the ceiling fan had an inch of dust on it the sliding patio door was hard to open and close the tv was old and outdated the washer and dryer did not work very well one of the childrens sheets had a big stain on it some one entered our room using our key code claiming they also had our condo rented.

“Great location; poor customer service”

The location was great and it was just like being right on the beach. However from start to finish, the customer service was minimal at best. Everything from remote controls that didn't work and inadequate check in/out information. It was hard using this resort as a first timer, but knowing more information now, I would not have a problem returning.

Getting there

Make sure to get specific directions ahead of time as some of the roads used with a GPS are not accessible to the public.

What to pack

If you plan to use the laundry services while there, make sure to have lots of quarters as there is no access to change at the resort.

“Still loved my trip”

The convenience of the hotel to the beach was hands down AWESOME!! The staff did not have our room cleaned when we checked in and we had to wait an hour to get to our room after a 13 hour drive. The floors had not been swept because the staff had to rush to clean it. The pools could have been a little cooler but with the view of the ocean and the fact it was across the street was worth it all. I will definitely be back but the staff needs better time management.

“Good Stay”

The room was very cute and cozy. We had a good stay and would return again. Our biggest issue was finding the place- GPS routed us about 3 miles down the street from where it actually was. It was also hard to find the office to check in (which was 3 buildings down from the actual building we stayed). The office was located behind another condo and only had one small sign to direct you. The beaches were beautiful and super easy to walk to.

“Destin with 2 year and grandma”

great condo. must eat at Kenny-d's and get the Cajun fried shrimp. Condo is a great place to stay. right across the street from the ocean. You can shop at walmart or windixie for all of your food needs. pretty much central location to all of the shopping. Only down side is the 4-5min drive to get back on the main highway through destin.

“Cheap and Affordable”

The hotel reside in a perfect location across from the beautiful beach. The hotel room was very clean and has everything as far as the kitchen. The prices was very affordable. The con is the hotel only had 1 bathroom which was very inconvenient at times.

The Pier/Boardwalk was very lively, loud music, shopping, hotels, restaurants, bars you name it, it has it!
