“Still loved my trip”

The convenience of the hotel to the beach was hands down AWESOME!! The staff did not have our room cleaned when we checked in and we had to wait an hour to get to our room after a 13 hour drive. The floors had not been swept because the staff had to rush to clean it. The pools could have been a little cooler but with the view of the ocean and the fact it was across the street was worth it all. I will definitely be back but the staff needs better time management.

“Can't wait to go back”

We have stayed there twice and have had a great experience. Would suggest bringing pans, all they have are pots. Maybe a broom and dustpan. This time there wasn't one in the room. The beds are pretty hard, but at least its a bed. Good price for the location.

“Terrible”

The reservation staff made mistakes with our arrival time eventhough i made a series of calls to confirm our arrival. The management and beach crew of this hotel were absolutely dreadful. They were rude, inconsiderate, and condescending. The female staff members were the complete opposite, however their efforts do not make up for the abysmal treatment from the management. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the condo was poorly equipped.

“not impressed”

the bed was old and hard the ceiling fan had an inch of dust on it the sliding patio door was hard to open and close the tv was old and outdated the washer and dryer did not work very well one of the childrens sheets had a big stain on it some one entered our room using our key code claiming they also had our condo rented.

“Families :-)”

Confusing office location, reached around 5, office was closed. The dorr pin had to be changed twice n one needs to memorize it, I mean come on don't we already have enough passwords in our life, a plastic key would be much better. The rooms have no accessibility for kids n for people with knee problems, the staircases r very cumbersome. The buildings have no elevator service except for the first building at the front. The trash disposal is a mile away n one has to walk down the stairs, carry it across the parking lot to the trash cans right at the end. If u got kids, never stay on the first or 2nd floors as the floors r very thin n u will soon see people downstairs knocking on your door loudly. That said, the property is conveniently located close to the beach which is perhaps the only positive out of it all n yes be careful about the 81 dollars plus that the property will charge u for maid services after u have paid a reasonable rate already online or wherever u have booked. The Devil lies in the detail.
