“NICE PLACE FOR THE PRICE!”

Nice room, nice beach, nice and quiet!

“Lovely locale”

Our room, 5A, was very tastefully furnished, and was on the corner of the building, so we had more privacy. Every room has a full ocean view, except maybe the ground floor units. My only criticism would be very limited amounts of bath soap, no kleenex or paper towels, limited dishwashing soap, one roll of toilet paper. We came from California on a plane and did not want to bulk up our suitcase with those items. We went and bought extra TP, bath soap, and paper towels. Many cars had driven from out of state, so they could easily fit those items in their cars. We have been to other condos before and there were extra paper products provided. Our unit did not have a hair dryer, athough the mgmt. co. said they should have provided one, I was able to borrow one from the mgmt. company.

“Best vacation ever...”

This was the 1st time my family and I rented a condominium. In the past, we have always stayed in a hotel. The unit we stayed in was very comfy, we felt like it was our own home. It had everything you can possibly need if you lived there. In fact, it was truly wonderful we started thinking about coming back there for this coming summer.(btw, we stayed there or spring break). The hotel location was perfect. Only a few miles from Destin but far enough to stay away from all the major gridlock. There were also places to dine within the vicinity of the area. It was also close enough to shopping areas and groceries to stop by and fetch some useful items that you may have forgotten to bring. I like the fact that the hotel has its own private beack access and they provided the chairs and umbrella while you sit out there by the beach. Everyone that worked there were truly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to go to Destin, FL. In fact, two of our friends will be going there this summer and they decided to stay at Island Echos.

Overall we were very pleased with this condo. It was clean and our room had a great view. The only complaint we have is that our unit's bed was not very comfortable. It was very hard.

That was our first time stay in Island Echos Condominiums. We loved it so much! Very good location, front beach view, nice area around. Condo building is pretty clean, well isolated rooms.Condo has everything for your needs like washer/dryer, full kitchen. The swimming pool on site, shower/hose before entering the building. Chairs and umbrellas are provided for free.Beach is wonderful! A lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores around. We are planning to come back again!

Great place to stay. We had a wonderful view. The beaches were not crowded and it was very enjoyable. The rooms were very nicely furnished, everything was great.

My daughter got married and move to fort walton. The condo was just a few blocks from where she is living, so it was the perfect place. It was located on the beach with easy access to the beach. Just the right amount of distance to Destin. Would stay here again. We go to Florida at least once a year and have stayed at many Resort Quest and I have to say they are all quite nice. I came from Louisiana where the oil spill is. When we arrived in Fort Walton we were there for 4 days and there were no oil anywhere. Spoke to a few of the locals at the resturants and they say business was down this year because people thought the oil was down on the beaches. Not so

We have been here two times within one month and both times enjoyed our stay. Everything was great for us!

Island Echoes was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was a pleasure and the condo was great value. Would love to go back soon.
