The check-in office is located at 1333 Miracle Strip Pkwy, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, 32548. Check-in must be completed prior to going to the rental property. Check-in: 3 PM–5 PM. Mandatory cleaning fees are due at check-in. Guests who arrive outside front desk hours must return to the office the next day by noon to complete check-in.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

“Awesome accomodations”

The "third bedroom" at the front of the condo left a little to be desired. Apparently linens had lipstick stains and such. Otherwise "freakin' awesome" accomodations, as my children would say.

“Surprise! Condo was awesome!”

Looking at a large building of windows makes you think you're about to walk into a cookie cutter bedroom. This condo was nicely furnished, had a great full kitchen, everything worked - beautiful. We were extremely happy!

“Above average but pricey”

Hotels in the are looked all vacant but they did not offer good rate. The hotel has a nice heated pool.

“Not impressed.”

The beds were worn out. Had to request another room becouse of the bad bed and the seating in the first room was bad. Was moved to a larger room and was upcharged.

“it was OK”

This unit was advertised to have wirless internet, yet there was no internet what so ever. It was no better or worse than any of the other condo's we have stayed in at Fort Walton Beach. I would stay there again, but may not be my first choice..
