Property for enjoyment

Pros: The grounds
Cons: Hotel updated. More information about the property when checking in. The clerk knew it was my first time. Didn't know how to check out.
Location: Had a big choice for Restaurants but far from the hotel.
Not a place for a one night stay. Property nice didn't have time to enjoy. No place to get breakfast.

Night Mare!

It was a real night Mare here. and I was so disappointed. The room was smelly and the heater was not working. So My husband and I were so cold all night. NEVER stay In this hotel!

Cons: everything
Location: area was nice shopping and resturants were good
very over priced villa was very old depressing. thought everything was paid in full. but they hit us with 533.00 in resort fees. then we left 3 days early and they would not give us a refund on remaining nites. I will never stay there again !!!

Location: Great location loads of things to do at the Resort
The facility was very nice. Plenty to do at the resort. Staff was very helpful. Food was very good.

Not a 4 star experience

Location: Wonderful shops, other activities and restaurants galore.. Also an outlet mall just half a mile away. Location was very convenient to everything.
We had to go to another floor to find an ice machine and it was not working. We got ready for bed, the sheets were stained. We called the desk, they took 30 to 40 minutes to send someone. We then were told that they would remove our hotel facilities fee. The next day we received a complimentary voucher for our dinner. The room was cleaned while we were out. There were clean towels, but no wash cloths were left. We had to call to request clean cloths and ice. To finish this experience we had to call again because the toilet was not functioning properly.

Nice resort, but too much trouble for a short stay

Pros: Nice water view
Cons: Provide breakfast, and check-in at hotel.
Security was tight, had to check in at the main entrance (which was not communicated to us in advance), no breakfast, and on top of that a $22 resort fee! Suggest you stat at the Marriot just off site and walk in to Baytown, for a savings of about $70 this time of year (much better rooms at the Marriot)

Pros: Water views and property amenities.
Cons: Rooms should have showers; not tubs. My room also had no thermostat; just a wall unit. These were the only misses.
Location: Village offers food, drink, fun, shopping. All on site.
This place has everything you could want. Great rooms with views, beautiful property, and a village full of shops, restaurants and bars. You don't need to ever leave the property.
