Overall this hotel was very clean,comfortable, and family friendly. Most of all, the free breakfast was hospitable. Hotels workers were friendly and courteous. Hotel was near attractions that we visited. I would recommend SummerPlace Inn for others to stay.

My husband and I booked here for our anniversary. I love the look of this hotel, the location - (we were happy with Twisted Palm bar / restaurant next door if you are into a nice looking sports bar with a zillion TVs)!! Right in the middle of everything. I was very impressed with the size of the bathroom vanity, a microwave and mini fridge in the room were a nice touch not to mention a ceiling fan. Has a heated indoor pool / jacuzzi. Front desk staff super friendly and informative.

Was hoping the room would be ready early cause check in is at 4 instead of the usual 3 but the level of care and courtesy made up for that! I have to say,best place i've ever stayed at.Outstanding front desk,excellent location And price .Would go back in a new york minute .And I'm a hard critic.

The hotel was clean and looked as if it had recently been remodeled. It was also close to the beach and right next door to the amusement center.

“Nice place to stay”

We drove through the night and arrived at this hotel at 8am. We asked if we could check in early and they said they could have our room cleaned by 10am. We thought it was very nice of them to go out of their way so we could get a room earlier. This hotel isn't on the beach, but it was a nice place to stay for the 1 night we were there. I would definitely stay there again because of the hospitality offered by the staff for us.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. It is right across the street from the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. Will definitely go back!!!

“More than I expected.”

Now we flew down to Ft. Walton Beach/Destin for a wedding and honestly just chose the hotel for convenience of location. That being said, we were so surprised with the comfort level - the pools were awesome, the quality of the free breakfast (YAY WAFFLE MAKER!!) was REALLY GOOD, the access to treadmills to exercise off the WAFFLES left me feeling guilt-free and the rooms and room service was top notch. If ever I need to go back down there to see family I'm definitely staying here.

“This hotel is a gem on the Emerald Coast”

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The facilities are well maintained and it seemed every staff member really cared about helping me. They let me keep my son's food in the hotel's fridge and they even brought his milk to my room at one point. They gave us plates to eat on in our rooms and one staff member, Eric, even hooked up the morning orange juice machine in the evening, because my son had run out of his own! It's tough being a single Dad, so their help was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel can't be beat as it is close to almost everything the area has to offer. Destin Commons, Walmart, Target, restaurants, beaches, a city park, etc. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thanks for helping make my visit with my son such a great experience!
