“Nice hotel in a convenient location”

I booked this as a cheap hotel just to spend the night in on my travels. The check in was quick, the room was clean and well maintained. The pool area (I went in summer) was clean and well kept. This is NOT a 4 or 5 star hotel but it is decent and a good place to catch a night's sleep. As I was a woman alone, the desk clerk put me in the room closest to the office so he could make sure I had no problems. I didn't ask for this but it made me feel very secure in knowing that someone was there to look out for me in this way. I had planned a late return from an engagement, so it made me feel good to know that someone SAW when I returned safely. The room was clean, fresh, comfortable. I had no complaints at all.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel!! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful!! It states there is a continental breakfast, however it is only snack cakes and coffee. But there is a Waffle House practically in the parking lot and another dinner within walking distance! I didn't get to use the pool area but it was very clean and there were always people in it! If we get to go back to Destin next year I will definitely check into this hotel!

When we first arrived the outside isn't as nice as inside but our room was clean and service was good. Location phenomenal. We only stayed one night before we went to emerald grande across street. As far as im concerned the small village inn did the same job at a much lower price.

Is great for vacation, we travel with my 2 pets and this Hotel is pet friendly, the place is clean, comfort and absolute recommend this place is the best choice...

The motel satisified our needs! When we are on vacation, we are seldom in the room, therefore, didn't want to pay a enormous price for just for a room. The motel was close enough to the beach, marina, resturants, shops, and kids activities. We actually got to do more kids activities by saving on the room price.

Not a brand new hotel.... but a good stay if you are trying to save money.... nice staff.. close proximity to malls and shopping...id stay again...

“Destin Trip”

It is NOT by Big Kaunas water park. Also, I was assured by Expedia that an early check-in would be ok. When I arrived, I had to wait two hours for the check-in time, and the room had been ready all along. This was highly irritaing when arriving in town after a 14hr drive.

“Good Motel for the money”

Large rooms with close access to beach. Didn't like only one ice maker, which was in the lobby, couldn't fill coolers up for beach. Had a ice maker across street that sold ice for $2.00 for 20#. Complimentary breakfast was Little Debbie snack cakes, juice and coffee. Clean rooms with Queen size beds which were very comfortable (not your usual double size). Also, an additional charge if you smoked in a non-smoking room! Had a great stay overall!
