The property structure is not safe. Our room was not level the you could see the floor and the doorways were higher on the one side of the room and the floor was lower in the center of the room. The pool was disgusting and looked like pond water. Our sleeper sofa had no sheets or pillows when we arrived and then they brought up in correct sheets and said that's all they had and they were visibly stained yellow. At least I hope they were stained. Just very GROSS all around.

The approachable location is excellent. The lower floor, entrance are and breakfast room are well appointed. My room was very average. For a suite room the seating area furniture had bee removed and there was a rollaway mattress and box spring in its place. The desk chair was poor and not adjustable for height. There were no other chairs available in the room. The bathroom was acceptable. The shower shampoo container was empty. No reason for toiletries to be less than adequate. I guess I got what I paid for.

Possible different owners or managment as the cleanliness and quality of breakfast is lower than past stays. The room itself was Ok, except for mildew in the shower. It was a handicap room and we are not handicapped. It may have been the only available due to our.late checkin.

Basic mid-grade hotel. Could have been a tad cleaner and better maintained. The door to our room couldn’t dead bolt because the latch plate on the door jamb didn’t align with the door nob and deadbolt and it’s screws were loose! The bathroom door wasn’t aligned either and wouldn’t latch closed and the house-provided shampoo dispenser was empty. Oh, and the pool was cold. Some basic maintenance would have been nice. The room was clean and spacious though.

Gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming & friendly when we very late on a Saturday night. Everything was great except no hot tub in the pool area. (But that was my bad, I forgot to double check if there even was one before booking.) We walked to Culvers for dinner one night because it's on the other side of the parking lot. Some lady said I should complain about that there was only grab & go items on New Years Day for the breakfast but I was told that at check in so I'm not going to complain. Also, most places are closed New Years Day so she should be grateful there was any items at all lol.

Please Read Before Booking
We had 5 rooms for our large group, so this is not limited to one room. The hotel was overall dirty and run down. One room had blood on the sheets. One room had ROACHES, yes roaches that scattered when the light in bathroom was turned on. One room had a clipped toenail on the pillow. The door locks did not operate properly. The lemon water in lobby tasted rancid. The pool was dirty. We experienced an argument of the cleaning boss yelling at and berating her employee for a solid 5 minutes about him not using the tablet he was assigned. I NEVER review hotels, and I live in hotels for 3 months each year as I travel for business, but this one needs to be alerted for the sake of other travelers.

Room 302 was quiet and the breakfast was good. I fixed the toilet flush valve chain to stop it from running constantly. There was no shampoo in the shower dispenser.
