“Outstanding customer service”

After a 2-hour flight delay, a missed connecting flight, missing luggage, and a necessary unplanned 4-hour drive to our destination, the front desk clerk was so gracious and accommodating. She was invaluable giving us directions to the hotel, and once we arrived in the wee hours of the morning, she provided us with essential toiletry items until we could track down our baggage. The outstanding customer service continued throughout our stay. Also, the continental breakfast was surprisingly filling, and included a make-your-own waffle station and sausage gravy and biscuits, among other assorted offerings.

“Will not go back”

The hotel had poor ventilation, the employees smoked outside our window, no fresh fruit at breakfast, the waffle maker was broken, only one towell in our room, and my iPod was stolen.
