“Friendly and Clean”

We stayed at Guesthouse Inn in Fort Wayne on our way to Michigan. The hotel was clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff at the front desk was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better person to check us in. She was friendly and willing to help out any way she could. This turned out to be a nice break during our driving.

“Would go back”

I was in town to visit family. I chose this hotel because it was on exit 109. Very close to everything I needed. I like the renovations they've done at this location. I stayed here four years ago and it's totally brand new now. Will come back next year.

“Pretty Good”

Everything was good except all the channels on the TV didn't work and the picture was not clear on all channels. Everything else was good.

“Not family friendly”

The hotel was located next to Brandy's Exotic Dance Club....not ideal. There are two seperate buildings and you have to walk out and across to the other building for breakfast or access to the front desk.

“Pleasant Stay”

The hotel was quiet and was a nice place to spend the weekend when our children was in the semistate for Cross Country. There was confusion at check-in about how our room was booked, and we didn't have a room waiting. They blamed this on expedia. There was a strange smell in our room and I found out from what when I went to look at the window, someone had left a sock on the heater...pretty nasty, but the only down side to the stay once we were in the room. Room works great for parents and 2 teenagers.

“Dump outside”

Inside the rooms are quite nice and clean. Everything is new inside the rooms, but the outside is such a dump. A real bummer. Very depressing. Shares a parking lot with a strip club. Free Wi Fi only worked if I walked up to the lobby. Signal too weak in my room.

“Located next to Exotic Dancing Club”

Didn't recall seeing in the reviews prior to booking that the hotel was located next dooe to an Exotic Dancing Club and around the corner from a Gentleman's Club. This might be a plus for the nearby truck terminals but wasn't a positive for me or my 15 year old son. The hotel was also under renovation and those rooms that were completed were nice. If location not an issue it is a decent motel at a decent price.

“Not good !!!”

The hotel itself was overall in fair condition.. I also booked a handicap room for friends, the bath was suffient, but no way could they have gotton a w.chair in the sleeping area. The hotel was in an industrial area, did not feel safe, especially did not like the exotic dancer establishment next door..Expedia, you need to do better than this !!!

“Not for the weak of heart.”

The hotel is showing its age, air condition did not work well. The curtins blew out every time it came on flooding the room with light and it cycled abour every 5 minutes. The hotel is located next to a strip club and semi parking lot.
