“Weekend Getaway”

Our room was available on time and clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Had a Pizza Hut issue that she was even willing to help us out with. Pool was nice. Unfortunately, it was very crowded due to a couple families staying there for a get together...not the hotels fault...but the pool is average in size. Breakfast was great. Hot food was good. Liked that the breakfast was staffed by dedicated employees rather than the front desk employee. We've stayed at hotels where the front desk ran the breakfast resulting in no food and no help at the desk. Glad Hampton is willing to pay another employee for a few hours to provide its guests with a better experience. Overall it was a very nice stay.

“Shopping trip! 3 women, a teenager and 2 kids”

The hotel was wonderful. The hall carpet looks to be due for a scrubbing. Breakfast was nice but there was no syrup for the waffles and the eggs and oatmeal were empty before 9:00. Staff were very pleasant.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel last Friday night. Everyone was pleasant and the room was very nice. Breakfast spread in the morning was very good, also.

Nice hotel... I travel to the Fort for business from time to time and usually stay at another hotel.. lets just say nearby. I think when returning I will ask my company to book me here again. I would call it comfortable and convenient.

“Paper thin walls”

Very satisfied with staff, condition, cleanliness, comfort. Unfortunately all of that was negated by the fact of not being able to sleep because of noise of neighboring televisions, conversations, etc. Next time I'll sleep in the car.
