“Very comfortable hotel”

The check-in hosts were friendly, polite, and competent. It only took a few minutes to check in. They gave us a choice of first floor or second floor rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter stayed in the room next door and we did not hear the baby fussing during the night. We also appreciate the free WIFI.

“Good hotel for the price”

The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. The room was clean. the only thing I could say is they need up date the bathroom, other wise evey thing was good. Great Breakfest.

“Excellent Hotel”

We came for late arrival and we were tired. Since we had prepaid, Sleep Inn had everything ready in 1 minute and we were able to get to our room. The next morning, the breakfast was excellent.

“Hidden Gem”

Spacious room with king bed, couch, recliner, closet with mirrored doors, huge vanity counter in bathroom. Bed was a bit soft but that's a matter of personal taste. The staff were friendly, helpful suggesting places to eat, accommodating, especially the manager Brandon. While the hotel itself was easy to find, access to it was not....you have to weave through a maze of off-highway access roads to get to the parking lot. Parking was more than adequate, lobby small but cozy, room clean. Having just stayed at an upscale Indianapolis hotel the week before, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Sleep Inn for the reasonable price. We would definitely go there again if we're in the area.

“Wonderful Service”

After having Delta lose my bags, the hotel were extremely curteous to me. When the airport finally delivered my bags, the hotel was kind enough to store them for me until the morning when I was able to finally pick it up. Room very comfortable and warm. Breakfast plentiful. Plenty of parking spaces and conveniently located near a major Interstate allowing for easy access to Ft. Wayne and the surrounding area. Staff were extremely curteous and helpful. One of them even managed to get me a taxi sooner than he thought possible! In short, highly recommended!

“Most comfortable bed/pillows and room”

Sleep Inn was the best hotel I have stayed in for room comfort. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I had my 82 year old mother with me and she agreed it was the best sleep we had ever had in a hotel. Thanks

“Nice Hotel”

Hotel was very comfortable and the staff members were excellent! Great breakfast with friendly staff members. We liked there policy regarding quiet time. The only thing that needs upgraded at this hotel is the door closures to each room. They slam which causes a very loud bang. However I would stay here again. Kudos to the staff!
