“Nice place, convenient location”

I stayed here for two nights during spring break. The place is right off I-30, so it's easy to get around Fort Worth or head to Dallas or Arlington. The bed was comfortable, the TV was huge, and the elevator has facing mirrors so you can check yourself out one last time before going out in public. Even next to the highway, I noticed no problems with noise. When I first got there, the room smelled a little stuffy, but I opened the window for about 20 minutes and the smell never came back. Friendly desk staff and housekeeping. Would definitely stay here again.

“Good value for the price”

The only "bad" things I can mention were: - the room key didn't work the first time - the butter machine was "broken" for the continental breakfast - the lids didn't fit the coffee cups Other than that, the stay and hotel were fine. We were having a "staycation" in town and weren't going to be in the hotel while we were there anyway.

“Never Again”

Cleaning supplies still in room when we checked in. Trash still in waste baskets from previous guests. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or straightened while we were there even though the room across the hall was cleaned, beds made etc. They did bring us new towels and no wash cloths. We went to front desk to get some and was told they didn't have any more and they gave us hand towels to use in their place, not ideal to say the least. Coffee spilled in elevator stayed on the floor even though front desk was notified at least 3 times of the spill. Lost power in the kitchen. Front desk notified and one hour later, still no power. Called for shuttle bus to pick us up at the convention center. He showed up an hour and 15 minutes later with alcohol on his breath. Never again.

“Average”

Under construction, but they did upgrade me to a Suite, that was 2 rooms with a hole in the wall and not finished. Definitely made more room for 4 of us. Overall worth the price.

“Well meaning Staff / Run Down Facility”

Arrived early, but since the computer showed my assigned room clean, the ckerk ckecked me in. Upon entering, I found that the room had not been cleaned (wasn't supposed to have been occupied the night before). No problem. The clerk graciously assigned me another room. This one looked great, but after settling in I found that the plumbing in the bathroom wasn't working. There was no cold water at all (basin or tub). The only way the toilet tank would fill was when I ran hot water in the sink. So, I packed it all up and made my way to the desk. A new clerk then assigned me to another room. This time everything worked. It was nicer than the others, but the room had clearly seen batter days. There were signs that the owners were trying to fix things up, but only a little at a time. Exterior looks good, and you can stay for a bargain price. And as I said, the staff was great. Once you enter, however, it is clear that the quality at this Quality is less than desired.

“horrible”

another person staying there found a dead rat in her room, the shower scolded you one minute then froze you the next. the room was dingy, the hotel was surrounded by crack heads and bums. it was humiliating to stay there with a friend and admit "i booked it". i will be getting my chops busted for a long time over this one.

“I would not stay at this hotel again”

I took the room thinking that I simply needed a clean room with a roof over my head. I got what I asked for. The room appeared to be clean and it had a roof. Unfortunately, the entire building was in extremely poor condition. The room's hvac unit was noisy and had to be repeatedly adjusted.The bathroom walls were cracked with gaping holes in the plaster, the towel bar was hanging loosley in the wall. Every morning when I turned the shower on, the handle fell off and into the tub with a loud clatter. A single coffe cup was provided. There was an ironing board, but no iron in the bracket provided for it. The breakfast was scary. It included sausage patties in the warming device, hard and shriveled up from the previous day. The fruit included mushy apples and shriveled oranges. The elevator had the same trash and squashed cigarette butt on the floor for two days. The elevator floor was missing a clay tile and the door was covered with graffittii. The staff was friendly. I had a much better impression of Quality Inn and Suites before this visit. I would not stay at this hotel again.

“NASTIEST PLACE I'VE STAYED IN A LONG WHILE”

I am not a picky person regarding a room but this had to be one of the nastiest places that I have stayed in a long time. The hall had an indescribable odor and the carpet was soaked in an area about 20 feet that went across the entire hall so you had to "squish" your way to your room. There were holes in the drywall of my room. Only about half or the outlets worked and only 1 lamp worked in my room. (There were the 2 lamps to each side of the bed and 2 other lamps.) The back door that you were to card in to get into was open all the time so there was no sense of security. I won't even mention the unrefrigerated items that were left out for breakfast. I would never return nor let anyone I know stay there.

“Not Good”

The room I reserved was not ready so they gave me an upgrade and that room was not ready then they gave a room it had bedbugs Then they finally gave ma another room. also the elevator was not working when I got there.
