“Non smoking that smelled like smoke”

My first room was a "non smoking" and it smelled like a cain smoker lived in it for a week. I went back and asked for a non smoking room. She said that one is. I said it doesn't smell like one. So she moved me and that room looked great and smelled good until it was cleaned for the 2nd day. Smelled like it was cleaned with dirty water. The smell wore wasn't as noticeable after I was in the room for a while. The window air conditioner and the mini fridge were very very loud when they came on and woke me up many times in the night. Coffee in the breakfast area tasted like coffee flavored water. Not much of a breakfast either.

“Great price, rooms very nice, good quality...”

Clean spacious rooms at a low rate. Good parking areas. Lacked on drink and food machines but overall great experience.

“need more friendlier staff in front office.”

all good but those people up front. they didn't tell me good morning, how are things, etc. so i just went in to get some coffee and that was it.

“TCU visit”

Very reasonable rates and convenient for visiting TCU. Rather basic hotel but nice and enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

“Good value”

We stayed for only a short night. We arrived in snow and was disappointed we couldn't get something to eat at the hotel or just next door, but there were a lot of places within a short driving distance. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was minimal, but I would use them again

“Good Experience”

The room was very clean. Enjoyed the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator in room. Bed was comfortable. And it was very quiet. Only drawback was trying to get to the hotel from the main road, a little inconvenient with one way service roads but that was the only problem we experienced. Breakfast OK. Price was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

“Not impressed”

The hotel assigned me to a room, but wrote a different room number on their records. When I complained that the air conditioner was not working, the repair person was sent to the room number on their records and not to the room I was in. After returning to the front desk for the 3rd time, it was finally discovered that the room numbers did not match and my air conditioner had never been turned on by the front desk. Not in a very nice part of town.

Stay in a better part of town with closer restaurants and shopping facilities.

“not a bad one!”

I only wish the a/c worked before getting there - it was 90 degrees in our room and we had to leave for a few hours and come back.
