The room and the hotel were very clean, smells nice, great service. Absolutely no complaints. The breakfast was the best we have had anywhere. I would recomment this place to my friends. Easy access to local places.

the only downside to our stay was some trouble with the telephone service. According to the front desk person, it was an on-going problem and the owners weren't eager to pay for repairs or replacement so the management were "nursing it along". Not comforting when your family is trying to reach you. However, the front desk person was extremely helpful. After some troubleshooting, she replaced the phone in our room with another one. Everything else about our stay was perfect. The Texas-shaped waffles were a cute touch!

“Great location for my needs”

Room was clean but had an overwhelming smell of cleaning agents, beds and bedding very nice and comfortable. Initially staff did not appear very friendly but became more so as stay extended in time. Would stay again if rates were reasonable. Wish expedia would include all fees in price for a total price.

Nephew liked night before but he doesn't travel as much as we do. We usually use Hampton Inn & Suites and the Best Western was not that much cheaper. First room was not prepared--had to move to second room and then request for AC to be turned on. Front desk should know what rooms are ready for occupancy. Breakfast wasn't as nice either. We tried as BW is much closer to families home but will stick with Hampton's [possibly a LaQuinta in area].
