“I will stay at this hotel again when I am in the area. I was impressed.”

Customer service was very good. The bathroom light was fickering and about to go out, I told the front desk and they sent somebody up right away and changed the bulb. Location was great! Close to all the activities that we had palnned. Very clean. We got back to the hotel pretty late into the night and the parking lot was safe and very lite up.

“I would stay here again.”

Not sure I would have found it without a GPS, but after we did, everything else was fine. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Room was nice - no outside noise or neighbor noise. Easy access self parking. Good selection of TV channels (even got the Food Network). Good restaurants were an easy walking distance away if you chose not to patronize the onsite pantry. I would stay here again.

“Exactly what we needed!! Good space!”

Room provided large bathroom with extra full length mirrors (perfect for 2 girls to get dressed). A full sized refrigerator to keep beverages in the room with ease and a stove top if needed. They run a store based on the honor system which was fantastic and it was very refreshing to see the trust factor!!

“Comfortable accomodations”

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The traffic around there is terrible. It is a little hard to get in and out of.

“clean and large”

The room was very clean and large. The only downsize was the renovations. From 8am to 5pm everyday they were hammering and making a lot of noise. Besides that everything was wonderful. Customer service was great. A lot of extras for free.

“Cough, cough”

Although we booked our rooms for a convention months in advance when we got there all they had for us was a handicapped smoking room. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke so needless to say the first night was not pleasant. They changed our room the next day but the negative feelings were already established. They also did not have any extra blankets when asked.
