There are a ton of other choices for parking in the area, but valet is definitely the easiest option. Next time you're in town, I'm confident we can find an option that suits your needs.

Excellent hotel very close to restaurants and Sundance square. Have contract with gym across street which was very convenient. Breakfast was wonderful. Only concern first day there was very little water pressure and shower was cold but was later afternoon no issues other three days. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The place was nice and clean. The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub not really bubbling like it should.

This isn’t a new hotel but it’s clean and spacious. The valet is $42 which is a bit spendy in my book. Great place if you’re traveling with family.

Pros: happy hour and free breakfast Cons: free wifi only for Hilton honors, difficult to connect to, eggs were runny and undercooked, mo walk in shower, tub only, hotel is old and dated which is evident anywhere on the property.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The “Starbucks” drinks were not great but there are several cafes within walking distance.

There were "homeless looking" people walking the sidewalks right out in front of the building and smoking right next to us - this felt unsafe. This property is older and dirty looking compared to newer Embassy Suites. The staff passed things off to others that were asked of them

New Year’s Eve Customer Service Downer
Was given a Handicapped Accessible room instead of the regular double Queen suite I originally booked online. When I asked to change rooms, I was denied & told by the desk agent there was nothing they could do because this is what always happens when booking online through a 3rd party. I know this to be false. Showed my confirmation to verify that I did not book an accessible room. Still no movement. And Since it was New Years Eve & finding another hotel downtown was going to be problematic & costly, we stayed in the room. Nothing against an accessible room, but we would rather it go to someone that needs it. The accessible equipment in the room the sort of altered the romantic vibe & our setup that was had planned for celebrating the New Year.

everyone was nice. Buffett breakfast was awesome, they will make any omelette for you, pancakes, and a good amount of cold options. We would definitely stay here again. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and the water didn’t drain the quickest in the tub but still a 5 out of 5!

Convenient location
The hotel is in need of an update. It was clean . We only had one washcloth so had to improvise. The pool is very small and the breakfast area feels like you’re in the basement instead of the 7th floor. The evening reception was ok but we had to search for plates and glasses . Breakfast was good . The lobby is much nicer than the room.

Why are you charging you own customers to park in your parking area? I didn't need a valet to park my car, I am very capable, as most drivers are, of parking my own vehicle.
