“Convenient Fort Worth suburban hotel location with easy access to highway”

Nice amenities and plenty of eating/shopping opportunities practically next door. The hotel staff was courteous and the hotel itself was rather nice. Large LCD television was a nice touch, with plenty of viewing touches. Free internet was great to have. Only mild complaint were the twin beds, that felt like they were somewhat past their prime. Otherwise, a recommended weekend stay hotel for those getting in and around DFW.

“Great Value, Quiet and Nice, Easy access location”

It was our family's first visit to Fort Worth. I found a good internet price deal for this place, and I am glad we chose Hyatt Place FW Cityview! Smooth check-in, clean, comfy room,convenient access to nearby shopping (Target, shopping ctrs) and many restaurants nearby from which to choose. Our king room also had a mini-fridge, a huge flat-screen TV, and sofa bed. Our room overlooked a car wash, but it was still very quiet. Our kids comfortably shared the sofa bed. We used the full sized ironing board and iron without any problems. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice, with some hot food too, and a good variety of juices and fresh fruit. Staff was attentive and kept refilling and cleaning the shelves. A business center with 2 computers was available for use, which was handy for us. We even went for a swim in the outdoor pool, which was clean. The weather just happened to be a little cool so we didn't stay in the pool for long (cold). We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

“Great Night!”

Upon arrival the front desk was very helpful, and the check-in was perfect. Our King room was exactly as pictured on the Hotel's website, so we were very pleased. The room was clean and set up in a manner that, I had to ask myself, "Am I really getting this room for this price?"...I will stay there again!

“Loved it!”

We have four kids and travelling is a problem as most establishments want you to get two rooms. Our room slept six comfortably! The pool was great and the refrigerator accomodated all of our necessary "snacks". Can't wait to go back!

“Friendly staff”

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We reserved a room with a king bed but they gave us 2 full beds at check in. We slept there the first night but asked to be moved the next day. Staff moved our luggage to the new room w/o issue. 2nd room was much nicer than first. Didn't like that the a/c was right next to the bed. I woke up w/a sore throat. Pool kind of small. Didn't live up to the pictures online. For the price the hotel met our needs but nothing to rave about.

“great place, great stay”

Location , comfort and cleanlines of hotel were great. The original person on the desk when I asked about checking in (early) was not too friendly. I thought that we would have two beds and instead we had one King. I wasn't aware there was also a Queen hide-a-bed (which worked out fine) and asked for two beds. She said well, there are none available, you reserved through a 3rd party and you are guaranteed a room , period. We stayed 3 nights and everyone else was very friendly.

“Very pleased”

We had never stayed in this area of Ft. Worth so we weren't sure what to expect. We arrived very late at night. We were greeted at the door and helped in. Our room was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was more extensive than we had thought it would be and there was plenty of seating. Our only regret was that since we arrived so late the night before and had to be on our way early the next morning, we didn't get to enjoy the room or the hotel as long as we would have liked!

“Hyatt is our new favorite!”

Very pleased with the room and hotel overall, especially based on the price. Great value! We had stayed at a different hotel the night before for twice the price, and have to say that the Hyatt room was far better. Great TV viewing selection, comfortable bed, and superior room layout. I liked the way the room was sectioned off to offer a sitting room set apart from the sleeping area. The hotel is located near several restaurants and various shopping. Cons about this restaurant would be that there are no vending/ice machines on the different floors. You have to go down to the lobby for those things.
