Nice HotelPosted Jul 22, 2015
I got this room for when my parents and cousins came down for the Laos new year celebration. My cousins room reservation was first and then my parents got in the next day. It was close and convenient. I called to tell them I would be checking in late (around 830) the lady said that was fine. Well when I checked in the man who worked late night shift was busy flirting with some lady ( how unprofessional ). Then he had the audacity to complain about how I late we were. Once we finally got passed him complaining, he said that he needed a credit card because the room wasn't paid for. I booked this on Expedia and pre-paid. The girl told me I wouldn't need to do all of that. Well for some reason I guess he didn't understand so we just kept going in circles until I just gave him my card and told him to only put a "deposit" hold. Within 5 minutes I get a notification that there's a charge on my card. He told me it'll go away once I checked out. I was exhausted and had enough of him. So we went to the room and it's nice and clean. Next day I checked in and it was a lady. Well she noticed I had two reservations, I explained to her what happened and she told me I wasn't even suppose to present a card or get charged twice. So she reversed the payment, thank goodness! She was very helpful and friendly. Make sure you don't check in late so you're not stuck with that guy!

Close to restaurants. Hotel recently had a face lift I assume. Water temperature was hit and miss... Tough to get hot water in the morning. Breakfast was just okay; greasy sausage, runny eggs. Cereal, waffles available.

Won't be back to La QuintaPosted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: It was new and the location worked for us. Really liked the layout of bathroom vanity.
Cons: Staffing knowledge and someone at the front desk at all times. Have non allergenic pillows available.
Location: Location was good, shopping/food across the street. Which was good so we could buy non feather pillows.
The staff was ok, but not very knowledgeable (two girls were super helpful but everyone else - not so much), room was updated and nice mostly clean unless you looked at the floor or the desk chair that clearly had funky residue all over it. Problems: 1.) This is the first hotel we have been to without allergen alternative pillow (they ONLY have feather pillows). 2.) If you flush the toilet more than 2 times in a short time, the handle breaks and won't flush anymore. 3.) It was after hours (midnight) but when I went to the front desk (about the toilet) no one was there & the main set of keys, cell phone, etc were sitting there for anyone to take not to mention it was practically dark in the lobby. Finally, someone poked their head around the corner & when I explained our toilet was broken, they told me they didn't know what to tell me but I would have to let maintenance know the next day. He couldn't leave the front because he was watching a guy outside drinking a beer. 4.) The toilet paper disintegrates with any moisture at all. 5.) One slow elevator for the whole place including staff with their house cleaning carts. 6.) It was also kind of sketchy to me that when we arrived back at the hotel late one evening, there were 2 questionable people just laying on the lobby sofa watching tv. This was the 2nd time we have ever stayed at a LaQuinta and we will not be back. The LaQuinta theme for us has been no working bathrooms, unknowledgeable staff and semi clean rooms.

Lake Worth HotelPosted Jun 12, 2015
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lady that worked the counter cussed at a couple of well behaved children for their parents not being down for breakfast yet. Then she went out front to smoke with her boyfriend while customers waited to check out. They had a dog that charged at us as we left and just looked at us like we were bothering them. They definitely need new help.

Nice hotel!Posted Mar 30, 2015
Room was nice and very clean. Friendly staff. Took A/C a little bit to get the room cool, but worked fine after that. This was my first experience at a LaQuinta hotel. I would use them in the future.

Great locationPosted Jan 26, 2015 on Hotels
My husband and I stay at this location each year for a conference that we attend in the area. We like the location to local restaurants and stores. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we always enjoy the breakfast buffet before heading out. The staff is always friendly too.
