Difficulty checking in with a service dog. Was asked for the dogs ID? Coming from Washington.. they don’t have dog ID there never even heard of that

I had to request new sheets and towels when we first checked in, everything was visibly soiled. My room was non smoking and there were cigarette burns on the bedding. Will never stay here again.

This was our second time staying. However this time we were not as pleased. We booked a non-smoking king room. We were given a room with 2 queen beds and the second we walked out of the elevator the cigarette smell was horrible.

The hotel was clean and the parking lot well lit. However, the room had an overwhelming air freshener/fragrance that seemed to be pumping through the ventilation system. If you’re sensitive to fragrance this is not the place for you.

Not a great stay
We had to move rooms because our first room was full of hair in both beds once we took off comforter. It was gross. They gave us a different room which was better but still had stairs on sheets and towels.

Everything was cool except rhe part where customers are required to put down a refundable $100 deposit for their rooms which was not indicated on the Hotels.com website when i booked. I just believe that lack of information can be very inconvenient in some cases. People should know all their expenses before clicking pay and before driving to the hotel.

This property is not kept in good condition. The bed linens are worn and dirty. One of my sheets had a cigarette burn and yellow staining and all, yes all of the bathroom towels were threadbare and heavily stained. There are other affordable hotels in the area that are kept in better condition

What I liked was it was clean n plenty of towels. The frig n micro came in very handy. I liked the usage of the valet cart. The staff was very polite. The thing I didn't like was sharing the elevator with janitorial staff. The breakfast needs more variety. We did notice a cigarette butt on top of fire extinguisher for 2 days and housekeeper hasn't noticed it. There was also cigarette burn in our top bedspread. . It was a non smoking room hummm.

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants. That is where the reasons for choosing this hotel stop. The hot tub was dirty and lukewarm, yuck. The floor in the room was dirty... don't walk barefoot. The chips in the vending machine were almost expired and tasted stale, so I tossed them out. The Wifi was very spotty in my room... so I had to use my hot-spots minutes. Bed was hard. Not impressed.
