“not impressed”

The hotels itself was beautiful. The food was good not extremely pricy and good in quality but they got our breakfast order wrong, we didn't have a fridge in our room, we didn't have a microwave , I used our coffee serving the first night they didn't replace it the next day, or come in to make the bed or anything and they charged for WiFi overall I was disappointed I was on my 3 year anniversary and I won't be going back.

“Good price for Convenience of lifting to Texas motor speedway”

Hotel was really nice but we brought a cooler with food and drinks so we wouldn't have to spend a lot of money on eating out or eating at the hotel. But was dissapointed to find that there wasn't a mini fridge in the room. It was ok because we just used bagged ice to keep in our cooler. Overall great stay!

“Good value for a quality hotel. 10 minutes drive to lots of convenient places”

Great place to relax. The restaurant food was 1st class. Restaurant pricing was in line with the good quality of food and service. Outdoor pool was great on a hot day, but waiting 20 minutes for ordered drink service was a bit much. We would return and stay here again.

Area recommendations

If you need to stay closer to shops, restaurants, then there are better areas i Fort Worth. But with a vehicle, you can get to most such places within 10 minutes

“If you don't have an alternative”

Only a one night stay after driving over nine hours. Staff was very friendly and courteous! Requires the use of a key to go to guest levels for security - a plus! Arrived in the room to find one king-sized bed, but I had requested two doubles. Bellhop was not available so I went back to the front desk to get another room. Room was right off the elevator, so we're set, right? Double beds? Yes, but one of the lamps is disassembled with the night stand pulled out and tools on the bed and table. This time the front desk gets someone to bring the new room key. Finally, the room we need and it's in order, except the refrigerator is gone. The hotel gave us complimentary breakfast for our troubles, which was a very nice buffet! Beds were not comfortable and A/C unit could not lower room temperature to the desired setting. Overall, the hotel was lovely and well maintained, but the distractions outweighed the attraction for us. Next time we'll spend a little more to get more comfort!

“Will book again if dogs are not there”

They was a dog show somewhere in the vicinity and they were small barking dogs and I could not get to sleep because of their barking this was at 10:00 at night and if I did go to sleep they would wake me up around 4 or 5 AM barking again. I was not very happy with that. They should have put all of the dogs on the same floor and the guest that didnt have dogs on a separate floor all together. I stay there quite often but may try another place next year as they should have never put the non dog customers on the same floor as the dogs.

“Did not honor my Expedia request”

Asked when I booked to have all feathers removed from my room. I did it all myself--or so I thought. I spent a miserable night. Finally called them at 5 am and they changed everything out. Finally got a few hours of sleep. Food was below average. It was so hot that the pool was not even refreshing.
