Not much service without asking and even then not much. We spent 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once, even after requesting service multiple times. We had to continually ask for towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Breakfast is sparse with food running out continually.

The valet parking seemed to take quiet some time. one of the times my car was brought to me other staff was riding in it with the driver which I don't think is appropriate especially since I had a lot of items in my car seats and items were moved. nothing was taken or anything, just didn't think it is professional /appropriate

They gave the rook I paid for away even though I called to confirm a couple of hours prior, stuck us in a room that only sleeps 2 when we had 4 people. No couch no nothing, tv barely worked. There was no room to move or anything. Very disappointing, was looking forward to this after a 8 hours drive just to be disappointed.

We had no hot water the first 2 nights of our stay. Staff kept telling us the water would be fixed and never was. Staff was rude and not concerned that there was no hot water. Rooms were dirty- very difficult to get towels and wash rags. Rooms were not cleaned all weekend. We were also told we would be credited $60 each night for the inconvenience- that has not been fulfilled. We will not be using this hotel for anything in the future.

I highly recommend Fairfield Inn and suits in the downtown area of Fort Worth, it is clean and well serviced with delicious breakfast options. However, be prepared for an extra $38 per night valet parking fees, there is no other parking option at the hotel and it was an unpleasant surprise as this was not mentioned in the description and features of the property.

Our room was spacious. The facility appeared clean. The staff was okay. It was nice to have a free breakfast. The room had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. It was right across the street from the convention center and we were there for a convention so that was AWESOME!

The property was near many downtown attractions and most were walkable. It was clean and the rooms were decent. Nice breakfast area and bar. The only strike is that you must valet or find another garage to park in. I would stay here again.

Customer service was awesome and my kids loved the pillows. The hotel was very clean, the 2nd floor terrace was nice and clean also. Parking was a pain but we didn't mind that, overall the stay was nice and comfortable.

It was a problem with the water. Water was boiling and impossible to shower. They don't have maintenance to fix it or rooms to change us apparently even when they changed other people because of other problems in rooms. We need to cancel and move to another hotel at midnight. We are awaiting for a refund.

Hurry up and speak up
Parking is valet only and you have a long wait when you need your vehicle. The chuck in staff has a lot to be desired, talking so low and to the counter you have to ask constantly what they are saying.

Gem in Fort Worth
The hotel was in a good location. Close to everything. The only drawback was that it was a little pricey. Nevertheless, the hotel was immaculate, and the room was large and inviting.

The hotel itself was alright, but the service was lackluster. Our electronic lock for our room was apparently out of power, and had to constantly go to the front desk to have them charge it back up just to let us in, this happened multiple times for 2 days, even once they said they would replace it as soon as possible. They offered both a discount and a refund, which they did not honor either options, and I still payed full price for our stay. While we had no problems with the hotel itself, the poor service left a sour taste in our mouth, and we will likely not be booking this hotel again in the future.

Staff needs hospitality training ASAP
Had a late day of meetings and a work dinner scheduled so I decided to book a room for one evening vs driving over an hour home. Upon arrival 5:00 PM there was nobody at the front desk to great guest. After waiting for over 5 minutes I saw the office doors were open so I stuck my head in to request yo check in. The room was clean but dated. I had no issues while I remained in my room. I requested a late checkout for the following day which they added. Normal checkout is 11:00 AM. Every 15-20 minute after 11:00 the cleaning service kept knocking on my door though I repeatedly informed them and verified with the front desk I had a late departure granted. The hotel itself is fine. Dated as I mentioned but the entire staff needs to go back through their hospitality training.
