Hotel staff were very nice & friendly. The room smelled of mildew until cleaned again. Tv in one room didn’t work & no maintenance ever came to fix it. Beds including sofa bed was dingy old & needed to be replaced due to wear & tear.
The facility so perfectly met our needs - a Whole Foods right across the street was fantastic! The staff, right from front desk to housekeeping were absolutely amazing!! Thanks so much!! We will be back!!

Not the quality you would expect from a Marriott. Stayed a number of days due to business and the trash piled up at elevators as they never collected it from rooms.Wasps in the bedrooms..

I liked the mattress, bedding, kitchenette, the breakfast and coffee. My breakfast of oatmeal with 10 topping choices, orange juice and yogurt was great. Heard some plane and traffic noise but not all the time.

I was having breakfast and attempted to fill a cup with orange juice. The machine was broken so I walked over to the lady who was overseeing breakfast. She said “I don’t speak English” and walked away. She made absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation. Well I don’t speak Spanish. Some attempt should be made to learn English. I am sure she could further her career if she did so. I am not intolerant. I am speaking the truth. Perhaps Marriott can offer courses to assist your employees in improving their lives. I let another staff member know the machine was broken.

Sorry to hear that I apologize we normally have two people in breakfast one of them call in I know that this is to late to resolve the issue hope you can give us another chance to make it up for you.
Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great! The only recommendation is - I wish they had a USB connection in the room for the charger. I couldn’t charge up my Apple Watch.

Staff was very friendly when we came in even though she extremely busy with other guests. She took care of us and made us feel welcome.

Okay Stay
Friendly team, property a bit older but clean, shower/tub and bedspreads. Breakfast was adequate but not spectacular. Easy access from the interstate and convenient to to the speedway. Spa was not operational and pretty dirty.

I gave the staff a 5 star because they were very polite. I’m so not satisfied with the stay because of the additional stress and tardiness that it caused. I had a two day expense paid stay and was informed on the second day that someone had canceled my reservations. I didn’t! I traveled almost 700 miles I knew I needed a place to stay. I was still showing reserved and paid in full on Expedia side, but the hotel wouldn’t let me check in until the reservation was canceled even after Expedia said I was good on their end. I spent my entire weekend on the phone with Expedia when I reserved and paid a month in advance. I had to pay a higher rate because it was the weekend. Very disappointed.

Very clean and nice hotel. The young lady at the front desk was super polite and wonderful. Down sides were the room was hot. Took half the night to cool it down. Half the tv channels (all the ones i wanred to watch) didn't come in. Just a black blank screen. On the plus side the room was very spacious and really made it fell like home (minus being 76 with the AC on 60). Breakfast was great, good variety of things. If in the area again I'll stay there again.

Hotel needs updating
My first time staying at Residence Inn and room was ridiculously small. Carpet looked very outdated. Tub had old markings in it. Air conditioning unit was the old style and blew air into the room but the air had an odor. Will not be staying at another Residence Inn anytime soon

Overall, our stay was good! I understand that it’s the heat of summer, but our room never cooled down below 75°. It was quite warm. The carpets in our room felt a little gritty like they needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Good stay overall. The first room they had us in smelled kind of musty but we let the front desk know and they offered for us to move rooms. Once we moved rooms we had no issues and everything else was great. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.
