“Great place for the money!”
I stayed at this hotel a total of two nights-as the stop over on my way to San Antonio and back. I found it to be very clean, comfortable, and decently priced. The location from I35W couldn't be beat--is is just off the highway. There are three or four restraunts just off the parking lot. Two for breakfast, which is great because the complimentary breakfast is over at 9am, and we like to sleep late sometimes on vacation. The pool was nice, although not heated when we were there. The hottub was large and very nice as well. High speed, wireless internet worked great. Overall, I was very pleased.
“Nice Hotel”
Comfortable room, not fancy, close to many resturants. Would stay again.
“We'll be back!”
The only thing disappointing to my family was that there was NOT ENOUGH food at the Continental breakast. If they ran out of a particular food at 8:00 a.m., they did not put out more food for persons arriving after that time.
“Clean and pleasant hotel.”
This hotel was in a good situation, staff were helpful, pleasant and polite. Only 2 minor issues.....the first being that the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. I would have liked eggs etc. to be available....the breakfast was very basic. My other issue was the bedspread that had a fairly big burn (presumably from a cigarette, and to be fair I stayed in a room where smoking was acceptable, but still didn't like the hole in the bedspread and I felt it was a little smelly) in it. The positives were that the staff were extremely helpful, all areas were clean, the pool, jacuzzi etc. were clean (although I didn't actually use them) and my stay was pleasant (I stayed for 10 days). If the hotel sorted out the 2 minor issues I would definitely stay again.
“Fort Worth North”
Could not get the number of towels right 3 days straight. Remote would not work for TV with no resolution
“Non Smoking Room??”
The hotel was what I was expecting. Our Non-Smoking room smelled like someone had holed up in the room for a week and smoked non-stop in it. We luckily checked in and opened up the window and left for several hours and upon returning the smell had cleared out. The hotel had obviously tried to remedy the smell prior to our arrival because the carpet had been shampooed and was still a little damp.
“Fort Worth Motel”
The room was located at the very end of the hall right by the side door that guests could enter through even though it had a sign on the door stating to please use the front door. Okay people used the door but come on......at 1am. I think it was teenagers because when we entered our room there were two teenagers sitting on the stairwell located by our room. (indoor stairwell). It's an all indoor motel. And also we could hear the people up above our room, walking around. Needless to say....thin walls. Probably recommend staying on the top floor and if on the first floor then away from the side doors. If you want a little peace and quiet. Oh.....the spare chair that's in the room was really dirty, had stains all on it. Needs to be replaced badly. Front desk was okay.
“Wrong size beds”
Upon entering the hotel it was found very clean. However when we got to our rooms, the beds were full sized and we asked for queens. We asked the clerks about the bed size and they stated those were queens. Well let me tell you, i know the difference between full and queen and those weren't queen beds. Overall it was ok. Was disappointed about the beds. If you are looking for queen beds, don't stay there.
“Very Bad Service!!”
We arrived at 8:00 pm, and they did not even have our room ready. They finally got our room ready at 10:00 pm. I called ahead of time to let them know that we would be there by 8. I will never stay at this hotel again.
