Hotel was nice. Kids were bummed the pool was closed for maintenance though.

Unable to get extra pillows...no conditioner for hair....very limited hygiene supplies...poor customer service. .unable to check in at time told the day before

This was by far the best customer service I have ever had from the employees. every time I went to the front desk they greeted me learned my name and was always being helpful. The only downfall is make sure you bring a toothbrush and toothpaste because they do not provide it. anytime I have to go back to Fort Worth I will always stay at this location.

Very Accomodating!

The staff at the motel were very accomodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was all it could be. Even with shift change the friendly service continued. We were all very happy and will stay here again. It is only minutes to anywhere you would like to go. NIce clean pool area for the kids. Staff even checked to see if everything was alright at the pool.Thanks again for a great stay.

The room wasn't clean , television in my room and a friends was all static, continetial breakfast tasted old, and the shower too forever to get hot water. Oh also the windows of hotels normally have safety to not open all the way.. Our was broken and window opens all the way and it had no screen, not sure if its supposed to. Pretty much worst major chain hotel i think I've ever been to. Reminded me of a po dunk town motel.
