A great location but the hotel needs an update.

Location: An easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. A quick drive to TCU. The location is the hotel's best feature!
Upon arrival, I could tell the Ashton was once a grand hotel. Check in went smoothly and the bellmen were helpful. The room lacked storage space, the carpet was worn, and the room felt dingy. You can't beat the location and I like the quaintness of the hotel but they need to update the room decor. Housekeeping could also improve.

We had a great experience. The hotel is close to everything. I would recommend and will stay there again when we go back to Fort Worth.

No air conditioner

Over priced. No dinner service. Breakfast was just OK with unimpressive wait staff. Room felt small and in addition there was no air conditioner when trying to call front desk or bell man no one answered during the night. Upon arrival had to walk inside and get help for valet service and take own luggage up to room. For the price, I really expected more.

Great hotel and staff

Old school charm with modern amenities. Easy walk to all restaurants and Sundance Square. Staff made us feel like we were home.

Loved our stay!

The hotel was impeccable! They had soft music playing when we walked into the room. I loved the huge tub and the bed was very comfortable! Though we only stayed one night we had an amazing experience. Loved finding out that they were one of the historic hotels in Fort Worth.

Nice Hotel, room was extremely hot.

Pros: Architecture.
Cons: Who they allow in our room while we are out. Do better background checks.
Location: Fort Worth Lots of restaurants and shops
My 250.00 god necklace was taken from my room. I saw a maintenance man in the hallway when I returned to my room. When I brought my concerns to the hotel staff I was told sorry, see you next time. I will never go back to that hotel, as they offered me nothing. I am truly disappointed.
