“well-maintained, comfortable, and convenient”

My studio unit was very comfortable, with a queen bed, sitting area, work area, and kitchen. The kitchen had enough pots, dishes, and utensils to accomodate cooking and eating in, although a number of restaurants are also close. There was a variety of pillows provided that allow the traveller to find his preference. The staff members were cheerful and helpful. The day after I arrived the cleaning staff left a thoughtful package of snacks. That simple kindness was encouraging after a very stressful day at work. I would definitely stay here again.

“Could be better”

Usually Marriott hotels recieve top ratings from me. This one did not. The walls were extremely thin. I could hear people's phones ringing in rooms as far as two doors away. The noise of people going up and down the stairs echoed through the wall as well (all night!). Another down point was when our room was serviced while we were out, they took all our personal hangers, so when we returned we had nothing to hang our suits on. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

“Not impressed”

The online pictures paint a completely different appearance of this hotel. It is listed as a non smoking hotel, the issue is it hasn't always been this way. So if you happen to get one of the old smoking rooms, the odor is still there. We changed rooms three times before finding one that didn't have the odor. The person at the desk was very apologetic and did work with us to find a room without the odor.
