“Bamberg's Best”

What's not to like? Step off the train in Bamberg, walk 600 metres straight ahead and you're at your hotel! The famous Fassla brewery is right around the corner. The incomparable Old Town is just across the bridge and down the street. The hotel itself is new and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our (included) breakfast was a huge, delicious buffet and (if the time of year makes this necessary), the hotel is air-conditioned!

We arrived late to the hotel because of bad weather. The staff were very helpful. We decided to stay an extra night to see the sites and the christmas market. Great hotel in a wonderful town.

“Fantastic Hotel!”

What a gem of hotel, located in one of the nicest cities in Europe. Location was perfect, halfway between the main train station and old town. The breakfast was superb and the hotel staff were excellent. We can't wait to get back to Bamberg and we will be staying here next time.

We arrived in the hotel, the lobby was very nice and clean. On the reception was a very nice young men who checked us in and gave us the key, explaining how to properly use it. Room was very clean, bathroom with huge shower stall with plenty of shampoo, conditioner bottles and lotion, even shower cap. Complimentary bottled water on the table was a nice touch. At the reception we were offered recommendation on restaurant and map of the city and I asked if he has one in English since my husband speaks no German. We got English version and were on our way to explore the city. Breakfast buffet had nice variety of cold cuts, muesli, very nice cheeses including blue cheese and Brie, cold and hot beverages. Location is great, just a short walk to the very center over the bridge that offered wonderful view of the river and surroundings. I would definitely stay there again.....

“Great place to stay in Bamberg”

The hotel is centrally located, and an easy walk from the train station. There are two computer stations in the lobby with free internet, and free wi-fi is in each room. The free breakfast was a big surprise, I was expecting cold rolls and cereal, but is was a complete hot buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and lots more. Overall is was a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If I ever make it back to Bamberg, I will certainly stay here.
