“Hotel was nice skip the restaurant”

The hotel itself was nice althought the restaurant was not really worth the money. The breakfast buffet was very expensive in my opinion for what you got. It was $13 euro for a buffet. My husband and I stayed in Frankfurt and pay $7 euro for the same type of buffet. The restaurant for dinner was very average and I would not recommend it. The only reason we ate dinner there was it was raining.

“Very nice inexpensive hotel”

Very nice and not expensive hotel, close to the center of Nurnberg. The staff (the two receptionists) were very polite, smiling and helpful. They were also speaking very good English. Overall, I would stay again in this hotel and recommend it to everyone who wants just a warm clean room to spend the night. For anything else regarding this hotel (i.e. restaurant, breakfast etc) I cannot comment since I did not have the chance to use anything.

The rooms and hotel were clean. The breakfast bar was fine, except that on one morning they were ill-prepared for the large group at once and basically ran out of food. The major problem that I had was that there is no air conditioning and the room was hot, even on a day when the high temperature was about 28 C (82 F). I had a room that was street side and the noise, even with the window closed, was enough to keep me awake. Maybe if it was winter and I could insure that I would get a room away from the street, I would consider staying here again. Otherwise, there are much better places to stay in Nuernberg.
