Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made great recommendations on restraunts and how to use public transportation system. Hotel was conviently located to Nuremberg city center and main train station.

Hotel was well located with an easy walk to the Old town of Nuernberg. The staff was very helpful and we appreciated being able to check our email in their business center without charge. The room was very comfortable as well.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is conveniently located (near the train station, the opera house, and the old town). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had. I would certainly stay there again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Room was perfect, even a little light glows in bathroom all night and that little pedal bin that skates around in most bathrooms was fixed to wall at knee height. Breakfast was great , lots of choice although can be rather busy before 8.30 am with groups. Dinner was a delight and not nearly as busy as breakfast! Staff were so helpful and the barman Tony was so charming. Booked in again for the Xmas Markets!

The hotel was across the street from the walled old city with a convenient pedestrian underpass to the scenic part of the town. It was a short distance to the Germaniches Museum and about a mile walk down Konigstrasse to the Hauptmarkt. The interesting Craftsman's corner was a very short distance away at the Frauentor entrance gate. It was very nice. We wanted to be close to the seasonal Christmas Markets and this one filled the bill nicely.
