Very comfortable, well-equippedPosted May 31, 2012 on Hotels.com
Stayed for two nights with my 5 year old. Have a small, but lovely indoor pool/spa area. Our room had a balcony overlooking a huge park which was lovely. The hotel looks dated from the outside, but, is very comfortable and well-equipped inside. I had free wi-fi, which was great. Everything was very functional. The bathroom had good lighting, the shower was great. The room was a great size. The breakfast was just okay. Sufficient, but not as nice as some I have had. The location on the park is lovely, especially with a kid. There was a huge play area which was a great bonus. The location of the hotel itself was just a little outside of the center and also a distance from the PlaymobilLand where we went. But, still, it was a very nice stay. The people were also great to very busy boy. Definitely will stay there again if we head back to Nuremburg.

Amazing hotelPosted Dec 21, 2011
Pros: The cleansiness & the breakfast. Having had a good breakfast you did not need to eat until later in the day.
Cons: On the Sunday there were a few items that had not been replinished in our room
Location: To far from the Kristkindle Market & would of taken approx. 3/4 of an hour at a brisk walk.
The hotel was amazing & the staff really friendly & could not do enough for your needs. What ever we asked for was no trouble at all. Would stay there again if it was not so far away from Kristkindle Market.

Excellent HotelPosted Dec 6, 2011
Location: The area that this hotel is fine. Not many hotels can be in parkland , with a major road close by and yet only 5 or 6 minutes by tram from the main city transport hub connecting you to the rest of the city area and main line connecting the whole of Bavaria & beyond. Also there is a bus which travels, taking a little longer, which takes you right through the heart of the city close to all the main visitor attractions.
A few minutes from the city with quick cheap and efficient tram or bus links.Good location for motorists as well. We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel even though fully booked when we stayed. Staff, bedroom, restaurant & bar all top notch. Would definitely stay again and would recommend others to do so. Our trip purpose was to enjoy the Christmas markets in this part of Bavaria.

Very good hotelPosted May 27, 2009
Bus station very close to hotel. It takes 15 minutes with the bus to the old city. Internet should be free.

large rooms and friendly helpful staffPosted Oct 27, 2008
Would stay here again. Large clean rooms and very helpful receptionists. I was checking out very early to catch a flight and was missing the free breakfast so they packed me a huge bag of sandwiches, fruit and snacks to take along. Also had a cup of coffee for me before I got in the taxi.

Tolles Innenstadtnahes Hotel im GrünenPosted Sep 9, 2008 on Hotels.com

Where's my dictionary when I need it?Posted Jul 19, 2007
Nice room, friendly and helpfully front desk. Slightly disappointed with the servers in the hotel restaurant regarding their ability to communicate in English. Spoke some English, but could not translate the German menu to us.
