“Convenient and value for price”
The hotel is relatively close to city centre and is conveniently located to a tram stop and metro called Galluswarte. Firstly, I would recommend you grab a transport map (we got ours from the main central station - Hauptbahnhof) before arriving at the hotel simply because they do not stock any. An all-day ticket (Tageskarte in German) costing 5.80 euro would then allow you to use any form of transport for the day (tram, bus and metro). But we found that once we arrived in city centre, everything was perfectly walkable, nevertheless we still purchased an all-day ticket as it gave us the freedom to use transport when we were tired of walking; and it also saves having to queue up at the ticket machine for each and every journey. Our room was on the third floor facing away from the tram stop but the sound of passing trams were apparent only with the window opened. The double room was v.spacious with a twin bed, the room looked neat and contemporary but lacked character (but I liked it). The shower room was great and it came with combo shampoo+shower gel, hair dryer etc and I believe the towels were changed everyday. Wireless internet was also provided for free and suprising an English CNN channel was available to admire on the Samsung Flat screen TV. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and I would personally go back should I visit Frankfurt again.
