Convenient location, good staff, noisy

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, location
Cons: Noise
Location: Train station is less than a 5 minute walk and the Messe is less than a 15 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby, but in the red light district.
I was in Frankfurt on business and in Germany for the first time. Checking into the hotel was simple and breakfast each day, although expensive, was good. The free wifi isn't the best, but it works for the most part. My complaints are really limited to the overall noise in the hotel and the occasional smell of cigarettes. You can hear everything in the hallways: voices, doors slamming, housekeeping at strange hours, etc. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider staying elsewhere. The location is good - as it is very close to the train station. The overall feel of the surrounding neighborhood is not overly safe -- lots of homeless people, but the hotel appears quite secure.

Close to the main train station

Posted Jul 20, 2014
It is very well located, just a few block from the main train station what makes easy arriving from the airport, Bus top to go to downtown , the mall and old city is just a few block far away, rooms are comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful. We did not use the restaurant so can not comment about food. Small refrigerator a good provision. Internet wifi is provided use your own equipment, the computer available in the reception is old and does not work fine. The street behind is a little busy at night, but that is not an inconvenient. another good thing is that the supermarket is just a block away convenient to buy refreshments and chips.

Nice clean hotel in a really bad area

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Very clean and a very good price
Cons: Nothing as it was clean and comfortable
Location: one block from the train station so excellent place to stay if your catching the train in Frankfurt also short 15 min 5 Euro ride from the airport
This hotel looks like its either very new or very well keep. The room , entrance etc was spotless. Very Clean As with most rooms in Frankfurt the room is the size of a closet in the US, but if you want to stay near the train station or the fair they all the same size. Be very careful where you walk as its on the edge of the red light district and had a lot of drug user around the corner from the hotel. Its also very ez to get to from the airport. I would stay there again, as I have been to Frankfurt many times before For the price it was an excellent room

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful but vague. They did not tell us there was a charge for breakfast in the morning. It was implied that it was included, but in actuality breakfast cost $14.00 per person/per day. It was definitely NOT worth the cost. Additionally, there was no air conditioning and it was sweltering hot outside. The hotel was relatively clean and was very close to the train station and many restaurants.

Close to the Central Railway Station.

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Have breakfast included
Location: WE had a hard time locating a way to reach the Trainstation, poeple with a walking disability are not very well cared for, stairs everywhere.
To much traffic noise, breakfast was an extra 14,00 Euro to much, you could go out for much less. Location was great within walking distance to all busses and train.

Nice Hotel in a Central Location

Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: Great location close to the train station. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and very accommodating.
Cons: We were charged for using the telephone in the room though there was no sign notifying us that this would happen.
Location: Very central location, but close to the train station; seems to be a pretty rough neighborhood at night.
Hotel staff was extremely friendly. I came here with my girlfriend to see a concert over the weekend. The staff were very accommodating; they made us two cups of tea right from the desk upon request (free of charge), and allowed us to sleep in the last day and check-out an hour early. The room was clean, a little small, but overall great.

Good Location

Was looking for an affordable place close to the train station to spend lay-over time in Frankfurt city. Nothing special around the area but convinient. The hotel room was very small (nothing for a week stay with 2 people), but clean and had everything one needed. Staff was super friendly. Small elevator - don't bring a giant suitcase :-)

Good

The hotel is bit old but everything is in a good condition. The anti noise measure is not so good, you can hear the conversation in the floor corridor clearly while in the room.
