Very small room. No air conditioning--window only opened small amount--extremely hot and noisy outside. Deplorable parking condiitons--down the road several blocks. Parking and breakfast expensive and not included.

We liked this hotel and felt that they went out of their way to accomodate our situation. Our flight got in at 5:45am (!) and when we got to the hotel they said they were full and no rooms were available, but we could leave our luggage if we wanted to go get coffee and try back around 10am, which we did. We came back at 9am and they gave us a room, no charge for being so much earlier than their check-in time. We've been charged at other hotels for showing up at 12:30 (90 minutes before check-in time) so this was a nice surprise. Great area near the shopping district and plenty of good restaurants and bars. We had a clean room that had everything we needed with no noise problems. Would definitely come back!
“Would love to return.”
Small, secure hotel located in downtown Frankfurt. Staff knew my name and was always helpful and the breakfast offered were excellent. Someone was always at front desk and if they had to leave the desk, the front door was secured. English was spoken and courtesy of staff was excellent.
“No air conditioning”
We were on the 2nd floor which is REALLY noisy. We were woken up several times because the street was so noisy. It was too hot to close the window. We stayed in a room where there was no air conditioning. With the fan, we were burning up. My face was all red throughout the night. In fact, I started getting a fever because it was so hot. My mother in law stayed in a room with air conditioning and she said it was TOO cold and wasn't able to adjust the temperature. This hotel does not provide free breakfast, which sucks.
“great location, clean room , no air conditioner”
Nice hotel, good location, close to subway and old town, but it was a hot day in Frankfurt and my room was pretty stuffy and hot- it turned out there was no air conditioner in this hotel.
