“Little Time - A Lot of Comfort”
My stay at Bristol Hotel in Frankfurt was a brief layover visit traveling back to the United States. The hotel was easy access from airport to central train station and just a couple of blocks away. The room was modern design, very clean and most comfortable. I slept well and wished I had a couple more days in Frankfurt. Staff was very generous and helpful. Thank you! I will return again.
“Excellent hotal”
Excellent hotel. Very good location; comfortable room; attentive staff. Breakfast was amazing.
“Perfect hotel for whatever your needs...”
This hotel is perfect for a business traveler or a person just going through Frankfurt. It is a certral city location that is within a two minute walk to the train station. Rooms come with a free delicious breakfast and free Wi-Fi internet access. It also has the city's only 24-hour bar and lounge. If you have any sense at all, you should stay here in Frankfurt. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit on the small side but that is to be expected in Europe.
“Wonderful Place to Stay”
People are very nice and can speak English with no problem. The hotel is very near to main station as well as post office. For Asian food lovers, there are Chinese and Japanese restaurants next to hotel. If you need any stuff, you had better go to the inside of station where you can find many stores including Burger King.
“Convenient, Comfortable, Fantastic”
The Bristol Frankfurt was in an excellent location within short walking distance to the central train station, and within just a few minutes from the Opera section of town. Great bar and lounge area, e-mail terminals. Fantastic service!!!
“great quality & location”
A short train ride from the airport and walk from the train station. Great breakfast buffet and atmosphere. The neighborhood on this side of the train station doesn't appear to have a lot of shopping or touring, but seems to be clean and safe. (The seedier area mentioned in other reviews isn't stumbled into in this area.) We didn't have any problem with watching broadcast television for free. The room was clean and the floor building was quiet.
“Great City Center Hotel!”
We stayed here after our Honeymoon in Greece and it was the perfect place to finish the trip! It is about two blocks from the Frankfurt train station and within walking distance of the old residential district that has the best restaurants (about 20 min. walking distance). The hotel was really clean with very friendly staff. Two computer stations in the lobby provided free internet access which was great.
“Steps from FRA Hauptbahnhof, a Chic Budget Hotel”
This hotel clearly tries to deliver everything truly necessary to a traveler, while reducing room size to a minimum. Decor was chic; room was functional and even thoughtfully designed and laid-out. Single bed was no-frills but OK. Bathroom was similarly clean, exhibiting functional modern design, but no palace. Breakfast was very reasonable in quality and selection. I normally like 5-star hotels (who doesn't?) -- but this hotel gave better value for the money. The very best feature was its location around the corner from a walking entrance to Frankfurt's central train/subway station. I caught a train to the airport for just a few Euros after a 5-minute walk from the hotel lobby. Also lots of bars and restaurants (and other hotels) in this neighborhood. The neighborhood is totally urban.
“I tell everyone.”
This was a very nice hotel we got our money out of it. Yes we would go back.
“Great Staff, Great Free Breakfast, Clean and Comfortable Room”
I really liked the Bristol hotel because the service was the best I have had in years. The staff really make this hotel a better place. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast I am told the best in the city. The hotel is a gem in a neighborhood that is a bit on the quiet side. It is near the red-light district, but coming from the US, the red-light district is very, very harmless. For me it was five minutes from where I was working - near all the main office buildings. I will definitely come back to the Bristol - it has personality and the people who work there are working as hard as they can to make it the best expereience for you. Small rooms - who ever says this has not really travelled through Europe very extensively. The bathroom is an average European size - small and extremely clean. When I stayed there there was a continuious stream of in-the-know European guests and a Nike convention was going on where most of the hotel was full of Nike designers. The rooms are pretty sound-proof as well.
